Every time I come to this Del Taco, something is wrong with my order — and they never fix it.
The first time, they forgot my burrito. The next visit, they forgot my fries. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I submitted a complaint through corporate and even received confirmation that it was received, but no one ever followed up.
Another visit, they didn’t put any sauce in the bag. This most recent experience was the final straw. I ordered online because there was a buy-one-get-one-free deal on Del Tacos. The only reason I placed the order was for that promo. When I picked it up, I only received one taco. When I called, the employee said I “only ordered one” and basically shrugged it off — no attempt to fix it or even acknowledge the issue.
I also mentioned that they didn’t give me a straw, and the employee told me it was my responsibility to grab straws and napkins. That attitude says everything.
At this point, the customer service is a joke. The store doesn’t answer the phone, corporate doesn’t respond to complaints, and the staff doesn’t take responsibility when orders are wrong. I only came here out of convenience, but I’m done. If you can’t bother to check that an order is complete or fix mistakes when they happen, you don’t deserve repeat customers.

Went on my lunch break drive thru ordered 3 fish tacos and reg fries... was told to drive up front and they would bring out my order.... u would expect the food to be nice and hot.. but when I got back to work to eat, the fries were cold and the fish tacos were cold as well.. wont be eating there again...

This place takes EBT! Restaraunt was clean and tidy. Service was good. Food was delicious and fair priced. Restrooms located inside. Ample parking outside. Nice area. We had a nice experience and will be back.

I tried the double del burgers. They tasted good. However the appearance was poor. The bun had a little burn and the lettuce was a little purple. Quality was lacking. But it didnt taste bad.

Horrible service, mid food, & bad night-staff.
I showed up here on skateboard late night just wanting some dinner, their lobby was closed but I pulled up to the drive-thru NO ONE answered. I pull up to the window behind a truck that was leaving and all the workers literally ran to the back. I can understand it being a safety issue/ company policy but they never said that, in fact when I pulled up in a car a few minutes later the lady at the window tried to gaslight me and act she didn't ignore me and also didn't run to the back when I first got there. Ignoring then lying to a customer - imagine that...
