First of all - trying to figure out where parking is was a chore! Next I ordered eggplant parmigiana & husband ordered sausage & peppers- sausage had way too much anise for me- overpowering- the eggplant was HORRIBLE ! The cook put so much ricotta cheese under the cheese it gagged me. I’ve never been served eggplant with ricotta & I see why- also eggplant was very greasy so whole dish was sitting in grease. I barely touched any of my meal & waiter didn’t seem to care at all! They charged my husband $4.99 for a watered down coke & never offered a refill, Pasta was actually cooked properly- only redeeming factor. Finally - marina sauce was nothing but a can of stewed tomatoes - not even puréed - no flavoring other than bitter tomato taste. I’ve eaten in some wonderful Italian restaurants- this isn’t one of them! Also salad which I thought was part of this expensive meal was extra - $7.00 for some head lettuce, slice of tomato, miniature garbanzo bean, grated carrots, a couple chopped black olives & 1 small pepperoncini pepper. Service was mediocre at best. First & last time for this place! No way they have served this food since 1949!

I only order eggplant parmesan the last visit I ate in this visit I took it home, this is the 2nd time this cook made my eggplant and it was so bad I had to throw it out it was terrible, the last chef did not put all the ricotta cheese in my eggplant dish. Do not order the egg plant unless you make sure it's prepared correctly. Look at the pictures it was Green crunchy and tasted like catus not eggplant pieces were about 3/8 in thickness horrible. The best part of my meal was the bread.

Bread is great, food was good, nothing spectacular. Service was meh, I mean she took care of us I guess. I like the feel of the restaurant, low key, cozy .

The food was ok not that great. The waitress was a total snob didn’t even work with us on our orders, heavy sighs so annoyed by us and the worst part the automatic 18% or so tip on our order with horrible customer service. Sad thought it would be nice a good but never again.

This review is best told by copying the text messages my husband and I were constantly sending to our family chat all throughout our meal.??"Can't help myself from repeatedly texting you guys. It's sooo good. Best bleu cheese dressing I've ever had.""Unintentionally hip, the best kind. ""The pizza! Perfectly thin w crisp edges. The sauce is perfect, not to tart, a wee-bit sweet, thick but not overly saucy. The ingredients are so fresh and delicious.""And now, le pièce de résistance ... the cannoli ... just omg.""We'll have to do a bday dinner here some time.""I swear I thought I was going to see Lady and Tramp sharing a plate of spaghetti in the alley when we walked out ?"

First timers! Authentic Italian restaurant. The wait was a little long, but of course it was during the holiday rush. We enjoyed some delicious glass of chianti while waiting. Once we were seatted the service was excellent! We had the zucchini and those bad boys were huge! The lasagna and chicken picatta were absolutely perfect. Cute spot and perfect for a nice romantic dinner.

This Establishment claims to be Italian, in the past 10+ years as a pizzaiolo I've never put butter into the recipe.
Best spaghetti in town! Locals only. No just kidding haha!
