Domino's Pizza

The manager, Sally, is really rude.

I used to really love this Domino’s. I ordered from them for three years and then I had to stop. .
I have dogs at my place and the neighbors will complain if there is any excessive barking so I try as hard as I can to tell all deliveries to please call me don’t ring the doorbell the delivery driver the last time I ordered from them. Didn’t just ring the doorbell once but ring it five times in a row and then called my phone. And I was running upstairs to move the dogs thinking I didn’t know who was at the door. Maybe there was an emergency with the police or something so I was putting the dogs away

I told the delivery driver are you ringing the doorbell? And she said yes. And I was like dude I put on a special request. Please don’t ring the doorbell. My dogs are going crazy. I was like can’t you hear the dogs now? So I walked back down to grab the pizza and chicken She was still on the phone with me. And as I open the door, I hung up the phone. There was no pizza no chicken nothing but I could smell it
I tried to call her back. She would not answer the phone.
I had to call Domino directly and get credit for my food again and sadly I never ordered from them again and I just started to order from toppers all the time pizza and chicken with Domino’s and an $11 tip that I offered was charging me like $70 I think Same thing with toppers it’s only like $45 maybe maybe 50 at the most with the salad
So I don’t order from them anymore nice the manager gave me a credit back for the money, but I was like what kind of weirdo gets pissed off because they don’t follow the delivery instructions and then just keep your food? The delivery driver tried to pretend someone must’ve stolen the food and I was like we were still on the phone?
I have never ever ever lost a delivery of food at this address and have lived there for at least four years. I just got Pollo Loco today and the DoorDash people that Instacart people Amazon everything never had a problem.

I order here all the time, every Friday, but lately I haven’t been very happy the orders are super late and today the pizza was completely ruined after taking 1 hr 10 minutes to deliver but I was told only 30 minutes. My kids were starving by the time they arrived. And one was not edible. My pizza looked like it was thrown on the floor topping all in the corner and the side of the box.
They were supposed to be sending a replacement right away but took over 35 minutes.

I ordered deep dish but received regular pizza. I also ordered an 8pc wings and got 6pcs. I’m just disappointed that I didn’t receive what I ordered and paid for.

Pan pizza is the best.

Waited 45 mins for a pizza that never got put in the oven asked what the holdup was they forgot to put the order in just got my money back

I picked up a pizza from this location and was really happy with it. Ordered on the app with no issues. The pizza was made quickly and was one of the better pizzas I've had from Dominos. I'd go back for sure.

Customer service sucks here they called 4 time to say that there’s no apartment number the driver said the manager canceled the order so I look back on the app and there is an apartment number and I’d have to pay again gladly but now I’d have to wait another 20 to 30mins for cold pizza at this point I’ll still with

Totally unprofessional, I placed my order at 7:31 PM when they close at 8pm (Christmas Day) they decided to cancel my order because they were overwhelmed with orders per the Supervisor. The manager did not have decency to call me and let me know. 50 minutes passes by and no pizza delivered when I call in is when I'm notified. Call Center has to transfer me over to branch because they do not know why it was canceled. When I called, of course, I am upset and then Ben decides to hang up on me. Yes I might have thrown an F bomb because I was very upset that I have kids that are starving and whining. Where is the food? And he lied to me about the reason my order was canceled 1st reason I was given on Why they canceled order was because they close at 7:30? When I questioned that Online it says 7:59pm. Ben said that per supervisor all orders after 7:30 were canceled and Sally should have called me. The call center should not be taking orders after a certain time and risk customers to get the orders canceled.
