They take way too long when the app literally says 15-32 mins delivery time and when you call they say 5-10 mins away. Very unprofessional! This is my 2nd time ordering from them.

BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!!! I am a local teacher - I ordered two pizzas at 10:50am for my students' lunch at 11:20am as a fun class reward. The pizzas were supposed to arrive at 11:15am, it is currently 11:55am and the pizzas are not arriving until after 12:05pm. I tried calling twice (around 11:40am) and spoke to a man and woman. The man who answered was clueless and the woman put me on hold and then hung up on me. I have been trying to call over and over to get in touch with someone, but no one is answering the phones anymore. Absolutely ridiculous and I feel so bad for my kiddos who were so excited for a pizza party and then their hopes were dashed. I tried to resolve the issue with Domino's and they decided to ignore my calls and the situation my students were put in due to a horrible pizza and delivery service. I am going to follow up with the regional office because it is unacceptable for them to mess up so badly and there be no recourse for me or my students. This happened on Wednesday, November 5th. I ordered at 10:50am and my pizzas are still not delivered at 11:55am. These pizzas were for my class of 2nd Graders and they were very disappointed. Their lunchtime is over and we have no pizzas. Thanks a lot Dominos Vineyard, you guys really dropped the ball here and avoided any and all responsibility.

So I ordered a pizza with extra cheese I get the pizza home and there is not 1 peice of cheese on the pizza called them and told them lady was so rude and said I ordered it with no cheese and I know I said extra cheese

Got a deluxe pizza and the Italian sausage had quite a bit of grizzle, took away from the experience of spending as much as I did to having 3/4's of the pizza still in the fridge no one wants to touch it

I used to really love this Domino’s. I ordered from them for three years and then I had to stop. . I have dogs at my place and the neighbors will complain if there is any excessive barking so I try as hard as I can to tell all deliveries to please call me don’t ring the doorbell the delivery driver the last time I ordered from them. Didn’t just ring the doorbell once but ring it five times in a row and then called my phone. And I was running upstairs to move the dogs thinking I didn’t know who was at the door. Maybe there was an emergency with the police or something so I was putting the dogs away
I told the delivery driver are you ringing the doorbell? And she said yes. And I was like dude I put on a special request. Please don’t ring the doorbell. My dogs are going crazy. I was like can’t you hear the dogs now? So I walked back down to grab the pizza and chicken She was still on the phone with me. And as I open the door, I hung up the phone. There was no pizza no chicken nothing but I could smell it I tried to call her back. She would not answer the phone. I had to call Domino directly and get credit for my food again and sadly I never ordered from them again and I just started to order from toppers all the time pizza and chicken with Domino’s and an $11 tip that I offered was charging me like $70 I think Same thing with toppers it’s only like $45 maybe maybe 50 at the most with the salad So I don’t order from them anymore nice the manager gave me a credit back for the money, but I was like what kind of weirdo gets pissed off because they don’t follow the delivery instructions and then just keep your food? The delivery driver tried to pretend someone must’ve stolen the food and I was like we were still on the phone? I have never ever ever lost a delivery of food at this address and have lived there for at least four years. I just got Pollo Loco today and the DoorDash people that Instacart people Amazon everything never had a problem.

I order here all the time, every Friday, but lately I haven’t been very happy the orders are super late and today the pizza was completely ruined after taking 1 hr 10 minutes to deliver but I was told only 30 minutes. My kids were starving by the time they arrived. And one was not edible. My pizza looked like it was thrown on the floor topping all in the corner and the side of the box. They were supposed to be sending a replacement right away but took over 35 minutes.
I ordered deep dish but received regular pizza. I also ordered an 8pc wings and got 6pcs. I’m just disappointed that I didn’t receive what I ordered and paid for.
