Food was good so they get a star for that but I was bummed out because I did the order on line since I was in a hurry and I got there to grab the order but they wouldn’t give it to me because there was a line. I had to wait about 5 min for a sandwich that was made 15 min prior. Isn’t the point of on line orders to just grab and go??? I feel like a worker could’ve taken 5 seconds to hand me my bag and not have me wait. (I asked 2x explaining it was an on line order.

Everytime I pass by here there no one there at all to help you. Like… you sure you open? Lol I’ll be waiting at the counter and no one comes.

came here to grab a sandwich on my 30 minute lunch, since i work at the collection. it was an early sunday morning only one other person was in front of me, i ordered a breakfast sandwich and it took literally 20 minutes. the whole time the owner and another employee were talking the whole time. i was disappointed tbh. please do better as the owner.

Checked out the Annex while visiting Oxnard and found this gem. While its easy to miss due to its locstionall the other amazing food spots near by, Don waffly puts an interesting twist on breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, and the waffles on a stick are a must.

The coffee is amazing, waffles on a stick is such a good idea for a quick go to breakfast. They’re really warm and fresh, I recommend this place.

Came very excited to get some breakfast with a waffle stick but the place was CLOSED with no employee in sight even though online it said they were open... It was 10am.I'm really confused why a breakfast place is not open during breakfast hours.

Stopped by to grab one of their waffle sticks, I checked and made sure they were still open, Google said they are open until 6pm. Walked up to the counter and as I walking up saw one of the employees walk back so I just waited, mind you it was like 530. After about 5 minutes someone came out from the back and told me they were closed. Was definitely a little bummers Would probably be a good idea to update your business hours.

We were looking for breakfast decided to try this place. Business hours said opened at 9. I arrived at 9:20. There was 1 person in front of me and the employee could not take his order or mine because their system wasn't working and only taking cash. It appeared that they weren't even ready to start helping customers. Doubt I will be back.

The food isn’t bad at all, it’s actually pretty good. I did read the reviews before coming in and it seems like the service is the biggest issue for this place, and I’d have to agree, the bug eyed girl that works the cashier has an unpleasant attitude. After she took my order I just wanted to leave, I was having a good day prior to speaking to her.
