Food was good so they get a star for that but I was bummed out because I did the order on line since I was in a hurry and I got there to grab the order but they wouldn’t give it to me because there was a line. I had to wait about 5 min for a sandwich that was made 15 min prior. Isn’t the point of on line orders to just grab and go??? I feel like a worker could’ve taken 5 seconds to hand me my bag and not have me wait. (I asked 2x explaining it was an on line order.

I've been so curious about this place and I'm so glad I came with my family. I've never had a waffle on a stick before but I immediately eyed their egg and brioche sandwiches. I tried the Yolk & Bacon. It was so good with a great runny yolk. I even licked the remaining yolk from the wrapper! Delicious! My wife and kids tried the Original waffle and the Coco Berry. They were a hit. My 3 year old asked for more. Great place! We will have to come back.

I LOVE this place. Even my picky eater who doesn't eat anything took half my fluffy scramble sandwich and said she is in heaven! The combination off egg, cheese, sriracha mayo and those grilled onions is the best combination! So delicious! The waffle sticks are amazing as well. Can't come to Oxnard without stopping here! We live 2 hours away. The service is great too, the girls are always sweet. I've had conversations with Don Waffly himself. Keep doing what you do! We'll be back!

came here to grab a sandwich on my 30 minute lunch, since i work at the collection. it was an early sunday morning only one other person was in front of me, i ordered a breakfast sandwich and it took literally 20 minutes. the whole time the owner and another employee were talking the whole time. i was disappointed tbh. please do better as the owner.

This was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. I added bacon and avocado to the sandwich and it was so ridiculously good! The waffle was great but honestly a little hard to eat without getting fruity pebbles everywhere haha! Fabulous food and extremely nice service!

Checked out the Annex while visiting Oxnard and found this gem. While its easy to miss due to its locstionall the other amazing food spots near by, Don waffly puts an interesting twist on breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, and the waffles on a stick are a must.

The coffee is amazing, waffles on a stick is such a good idea for a quick go to breakfast. They’re really warm and fresh, I recommend this place.
So good, highly recommend. They are pricey but its worth it.

If you have ever been to Vegas to the "Suns out buns out" this place is the same exact vibe! I got the Yolk N Bacon sandwich and my girlfriend got the Yolk N Sausage (Pork) both were the BOMB! All the flavors complement each other amazing, little messy when the yoke break but hey the taste is out of this world! Don't hesitate to try this place you won't be disappointed. Being that I've only had anything like this in Vegas, it's nice to have found a breakfast sandwich place like this that is local. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back here, we're addicted!

I'm always intrigued by how slow the restaurant tends to be when I arrive. If it is even considered a restaurant? Hut? Lol. Idk... I like that the menu is not overwhelming yet still has enough variety to be pleasing to the more picky eaters. I've pretty much tried everything at least twice as far as the food goes; the desserts are indulgent to say the least. I feel like the desserts aim for more of an Instagram aesthetic, but are absolutely delicious if you are someone with a serious sweet tooth. If you like sweets but not necessarily the sugar coma, you probably could turn one treat into a snack about three or four times before finishing it. The food is always been incredibly fresh, although a warning for someone that is trying at the first time is that if you bite too quickly you will most likely end up getting egg juice everywhere since the eggs are cooked over easy. That would be my only word of caution. Although I'm sure if you prefer scramble or something else, they would probably oblige. Their drink selection is pretty ample, and ultimately if there is nothing for you, you could probably find something nearby in the annex without having to ruin your meal. It does take a while, so I would say be patient and don't expect your food to be done as if you are ordering from a McDonald's breakfast menu.

The owner is a very nice gentleman... And the food is excellent!!! They have the best egg sandwiches and then if you want dessert the waffle sticks are the bomb especially the one with the Nutella on it!

honestly this place never disappoints there waffle on a stick are sooo amazing and they have so much flavor if you come to get a desert definitely recommend this plcae ,best one for me is the cookies and crème or the classic !! i have to buy them every other day !
