When my aunt n I went n ordered our meals with a double large drink. For some reason our order got screwed up. No chicken salad just the 2 piece burnt drum stick n thigh n 2 large drinks 19 dollars then had to reorder my aunt chicken salad on tip of it all. No discount for screwing up our order n no sorry to customer either.

I had very bad experience buying chicken at pollo loco located on Saviers rd.I ordered 4pieces of chicken today,They gave me very bad, old, over cooked chicken even smell bad….I Wii never buy chicken there again!

I was very disappointed with my visit to El Pollo Loco during lunch. My order was incorrect in several ways. I requested a breast and wing but received a drumstick and thigh instead. I asked for flour tortillas and was given corn tortillas. I also requested an extra side of tortillas, which was forgotten. Additionally, I ordered a Sprite, but it had no flavor and tasted like carbonated water. Overall, my order was a complete mess😩
