If I could give it no stars I would. I didn’t know I ordered a rice and bean bowl. Thought it’s a pollo bowl but apparently they gave me scraps of chicken. It’s ridiculous!

First of all staff seemed totally unmotivated. No greet and thank. Horchata dispenser not filled and staff couldn’t care less to refill or correct. So disappointed when most of staff just standing chatting away.

I have been to this location and have had a great meal. This last time was terrible. Dry chicken and bad watery potatoes that had too much vinegar taste. Sorry for the bad review. Hopefully next time will be better.

I ordered a large family meal and they didn’t add my tortillas and the containers of sides were half empty and when I tried to call they don’t pick up. I often get burnt chicken and small amounts of it. And it’s not the first time this happens. This location has terrible service. Restaurant store 5898. Order number 540 may 28 1:06pm.
