Service sucks, the speaker where you order you food at sucks, workers act like they don't want to be there. Also, where are the salsas????? Lastly, my order was wrong. Never going to this El Pollo Loco ever again. Service here has sucked for the past 5 years!

The lady hooked us up with extra churros free of charge. Who does that? 🔥🔥 she was especially nice on the intercom. I don’t do drive thru often. But when I do, it will be the crazy chicken

Chicken was too salty, we had to ask for our salsa, spoons, plates and napkins when they should have already provided it for it or at least ask us if we wanted some salsa. Overall they need to do better on providing customers the basics and to not over salt the food as well especially the chicken

Bad customer service at this location. Had to wait about 30 mins for our order. We asked for our food and were told they had ran out of guacamole so we never got our order. Neither the manager Saide or the employee said anything to us about it until we asked. The manager did not want to come talk to us. Better training for managers and employees is needed.
