Food: it's El Apollo Loco, so the food is exactly what you'd expect, Good! The chicken was a tad over cooked but still very flavorful. Amazing staff , very friendly & welcoming all employees have a huge smile everytime I come I don’t have a favorite employee or manager at this place but Delia & Vanessa are amazing good customer service very clean, they make you feel more like family than a customer. 5 stars !!
The food is great.Recent service was not that great. A new young girl at the counter appeared to be in her own little world.As she took my order, I thought I was talking to the wall. It was hard to understand what she was asking. When I talked to her she would be looking elsewhere. Not paying attention.
