Grabbed some beers and happened to find this awesome burger truck, spoke with the owner and he hooked me up! Definitely will be back for more it's not easy to find a good burger in the area so it was an awesome find!

This place was off the hook. Run by Steven and Steven (father and son). I was impressed by the food, the service, the whole thing. Seems like they'd be a brilliant catering option too. And they're close to LA. Good stuff. Best fries ever.

I work next door to MadeWest brewery in Ventura, so I make sure to order from Fatboys nearly each time they are scheduled at the brewery. And this past Saturday I had a family function at MadeWest and arranged with Steven (Fatboys owner) to be ready for my group. Not only did he handle the crowd very well, but they all raved about his burgers. When I say my family are picky eaters, that's an understatement. So when they kept complementing the burgers, I knew I needed to write this review.

Probably the most boring $10 hamburger I've ever had. Meat was barely seasoned. The bun was really thick and cold. I mostly tasted stale bread and lettuce. I got tired of eating it.

Tried this place a few weeks ago and it was amazing. Came back today and the menu changed. Burger was definitely not the same. The popper burger went from a double patty to single patty. The buns were cold. The meat was flavorless. Fries were cold. It was just ok and not a $14 dollar burger. With so many options in the area and with a price tag of $10 plus a burger, these guys need to step it up.

These handcrafted burgers are amazing!! Last Friday afternoon we decided to drive over to Casa Agria for a happy hour seltzer and beer. Fat Boys was setting up the food truck when we arrived. We pulled up the menu on our phones and both chose the "Screaming Mikey" burgers. Garlic aioli, pepper-jack, bacon, guacamole and jalapeños on a delicious brioche roll. My husband went outside to place the order and added two fries on the side. A short while later they delivered our orders to the table inside and the picture does not even describe how good these angus burgers were. We are now following Fat Boys on Instagram so we know their schedule for our next burger fix. Highly recommend you do the same.
Casa Atria hands down best gourmet burgers and seasoned fries in 805. Santa Barbara's guests and neighborhood hankered for more. They have a sampler plate so you Can Have More. My palate was finally satisfied to get a dense hearty burger.with seasoned crunchy hot fries. Saison pixie beer sampler really made it savorable. Awesome job Chef Suzy, Weiss Marketing

Had been wanting to try this for a while now and i gotta say The food was so delicious!! Burgers were juicy, fries were crispy. Good customer service. Definitely a must try. Will be going back soon.

Had the Popper Burger and my wife had the Western Burger. Wow! They were amazing! So much flavor. Have to admit that I had two Popper Burgers!

Such a great burger! I love this truck. I will try the flights next when I'm at Madewest for sure. My sister managed to buy one of their seasonings as a gift for my boyfriend! He uses it whenever he bbqs and man oh man is it yummy!! The pull pork .. yum The tri tip .. yum Everything... yum I highly rec!
