This place used to be such a gem before new ownership. Portions were good, food was fresh. I ordered a salmon plate with double vegetables recently, paid about $17 and extra$ for asking double veggie and I received the tiniest slice of salmon with a handful of vegetables. Felt ripped off.

Unless one doesn’t mind spending $80 in a bad lobster roll, a horrible mahi sandwich, a beer and a coke, you can come. Wow, I am still in shock that I spend $80 in this horrendous dinner.Today is Monday, April 15 @ 6:42pm.I’m being serious…. The lobster roll only cost $35 and we ate it just because but after the first bite, I wanted to get up and leave the plate on the table.

I have been coming here for many years. Today is probably my last time I will be going here. My food was not good it was very very small I ordered a Mahi Mahi Burrito and it was dry I also ordered a corn and the corn was terrible, it had black and brown marks I did not even eat it. I am very unsatisfied customer, the food use to be way better, but has gone down hill!

ordered 1/2 Calamari through doordash and i’ve ordered many times. Called to inform them my order was partially missing as this is what i was given which is 1/2 of a 1/2 of an order. I received double this last time even for a 1/2 order and they refused to rectify the issue. i will not be ordering again as they just stole my money essentially and refuse to assist me with this. I would not suggest ordering from this place. I wont ever again.

Great food, friendly staff and awesome location with indoor and outdoor seating. I was kinda sad they discontinued the Red Snapper plate, but staff were quick to suggest a similar type of fish and it did not dissapoint. Definitely give this place a try.

Ordered two fried fish sandwiches, and they arrived grilled. My wife mentioned this to the younger neck-tatoo lady, and she gave us a horrible attitude, as she scolded us. They don't serve them fried, that's fine....Just show a little respect to your customers.This mix-up was not a huge concern to be, but the unnecessary attitude, and scolding by this young woman was inappropriate.We liked to have work functions at this restaurant, but it seems the experience has changed with the ownership.We will not be returning

?✌️This seems like a far away? hidden gem but it's Definitely Worth the find!! ?The Dungeness crab ? was prepared perfectly and had lots of warm Cajun spiced dipping butter that filled the larger body shell! ?Tastiest, juiciest lumps of crab meat that I've had in a very long time!! I chose the Rice pilaf on the side ???I really want to go back! ?? The salad bowls are humongous! The food here is really yummy ? plus the fish market ? gives you plenty of take home options ✌️???

I waited a couple of days to write this. This is a place we have enjoyed several times over the last few years. This review replaces a previous five star review.Four of us came in on New Years Day around 1:45. The place was not busy.We ordered. One of us just wanted pasta with butter.After I paid I looked at the bill. The spaghetti with butter was $16. I asked the young lady if that was correct. She said yes. I asked how. She said for all the extras. I asked what extras.She refunded $8 of the price. I thanked her and sat down.A few minutes later my wife's food came out. Fifteen minutes later I saw our food come up. It just sat there. After five minutes I inquired if that was ours plates. She said yes. I asked them to deliver the food while still warm.They brought the food out. The fried fish was fried to a deep dark brown. The fish was over cooked.My evaluation is that the lady was punishing me for the pasta charge.I regret tipping 20%. Do not tip up front.Any restaurant that feels comfortable punishing customers has lost my business.

Fisherman’s Catch is the kind of authentic seafood restaurant where you see your dinner on ice or swimming in a tank first. It is my absolute favorite seafood restaurant in Ventura County. What do I like? I love the grilled red snapper, coleslaw and fries plate. So many other delicious- looking plates come out of that kitchen, but the red snapper is so good I haven’t tried anything else. Love to see the families come in and order cooked crab by pound and sit down and eat heaping plates of it. It’s not cheap, but it’s so worth what you pay for it.Parking: Busy parking lotKid-friendliness: Kid friendly if your child likes seafood.

visited in the late afternoon, there were no crowds, the service was nice, the waiting time was short, we didn't eat seafood only a burger, medium fried meat, fresh vegetables and delicious fries, a beer and a finger-licking goodness, I recommend it!?

I love Fisherman's Catch. The food is always very good, reasonably priced, the restaurant is very clean, workers are friendly, and you have a choice of sitting inside or outside. Can't say enough. Highly recommend.
