Good portion of food pretty cheap compared to others…but the orange chicken taste very much like ketchup and is a reddish color so maybe it is made with ketchup.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!The food is disgusting its not fresh cook!!!!!, I ask for another
small sachet of soy sauce and they want me to pay for $.50. Arrogant owner specially the lady. And the price is higher than Panda Express. NOT GOING BACK! WASTE OF MONEY!!

This is my go to spot for Chinese take out. Their chow mein is probably the best I’ve had here in Oxnard. The noodles are thick, soft and chewy. Their orange chicken is not too sweet, juicy and has a crunch. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some good take

Hard to find steam buns around here, so I was extremely excited to try these. They were so good, the BBQ pork steam buns were delicious.
The plate of chow mein and orange chicken was good too.

I came by & this was my 1st time, & last I got home so hungry, opened my food & it was so disgusting the beef was a grey w/the broccoli & had a weird taste for beef broccoli! Now the mushroom chicken was even worse, the squash tasted like wax, the chow mein & fried rice had no flavor. I wanted to order pork buns so glad I didn't, I've already spent to much on an awful meal.

The food here is very good. They use very tried and true recipes, so there isn't anything in particular that stands out in regards to the usual menu items. There are a few things to note, however: certain menu items are not always offered, such as the BBQ Pork. But they do offer items that are not typically served in other stores around these parts, which makes this shop worthwhile to visit or order from in and of itselfThe BBQ Pork actually makes me cry a bit -- it's good, but there was an additional price of almost $6 for a solid chunk of it. Service is very good in regards to it though - you get an entire huge chunk that is sliced up, and they know to scoop up a bit of sauce from the holding container to drizzle over the pieces. I'd imagine the price is because it is a bit more troublesome to prepare, and if they make their dimsum from scratch... this would be a base ingredient for their BBQ pork buns, which a single large chunk of BBQ Pork can probably make at least 3 servings of BBQ pork buns. Though let's be real, they probably don't make BBQ Pork Buns from scratchSpeaking of Dim Sum... these are also a bit expensive -- at least if you are going by the listed prices and amount given. Umm... do I really need to say it? They may or may not actually give you more pieces than they've listed on their wall (the first few say 6 pieces, the last few 4 pieces, but I've ordered the Shao Long Bun that said 4 piece and ended up with 8 pieces instead). For legal purposes, expect them to give you the listed amount and not moreOn the subject of Shao Long Bao (bun)... they are very good. Actually, there is actually something else called Shao Long Tang Bao, which basically is the same thing as Shao Long Bao except there is a soup within the bun itself that spills out when you eat it that is absolutely delectable. Guess which was actually served...? For legal purposes, this is listed as Shao Long Bao only as by the time you head home and actually eat the pieces the soup would be absorbed back into the meat and skin. But if you have them fresh, you might get to experience the glory of what a Shao Long Tang Bao would be instead. Granted, these aren't as good as the super high end versions as the skin is quite thick, but are extraordinarily impressive none the less. Let's just say... I was absolutely blown away by the fact that the Shao Long Bao were like Shao Long Tang Bao instead, since Shao Long Tang Bao command a higher price tag that almost justifies the listed $9.5(?) price tag for 4 pieces without them giving additional pieces on a whimThe Coconut Shrimp is comparable to Panda Express's Honey Walnut Shrimp, without the walnut and the additional charge. There is something I've realized with certain fried shrimp foods, which is that some of them start tasting a bit "rubbery" once they've started cooling down (I've seen this with Panda Express's Honey Walnut Shrimp, and at least one other store) - this shops Coconut Shrimp manages to minimize or mitigate that effect for the most part. Basically, this shop gets it done right - which I appreciate as this is one of my favorite dishes to order at a restaurantI've seen this shop compared to Panda Express... and I just laugh. Sure, some Panda Express will have BBQ Pork as well -- but not around these parts as far as I am aware (the one on Rose and the one in Camarillo by the Outlets certainly don't). And don't even get me started on Dim Sum. The quality here is nicer for several items as well, such as with the rice being reasonably moist and not super dry, or at the very least generally on par with most menu items. But to each their own, I guess. Some people will prefer their food to have more salt in them, which I guess you can expect more from Panda Express than this shop. Peking Chinese Food has undoubtedly won me over by actually stocking certain Chinese food that I love but have difficulty finding around this region, so I would definitely come back for more (if it were not for the fact I&#
