I wasn't too impressed with the food. The hash browns needed flavor. The waitress never came to ask me if I needed anything. She asked me if I needed water when I was done with my breakfast. The service has gone down in my opinion.

Definitely a diamond in the rough I stumbled across this place while I was in Camarillo, California I was looking for a breakfast place, but none of them looked like old school diner cafés and none of them were open until 7 AM so I found this place just 12 minutes from Camarillo and I’m so pleasantly surprised Particia was a very nice waitress and it’s definitely my kind of place. I’m getting the corned beef and hash. It says it’s homemade and I’m really looking forward to my meal.

Run by family members, no feeling of restaurant. A staff was eating her own food and then she was needed for help, She just started serving utensils without even washing her own dirty hands. no choice for the tables. They wanted us to sit only at one place, even through other tables were vacant. Felt like they were boss and we were there inferiors.

Henri’s Café is such a gem here in Oxnard! The staff is incredibly nice, the service was warm and welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean. The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable, honestly better than IHOP! Please support our local restaurants; places like this truly deserve it. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💛🍽️

My first time going to Henri's cafe. After many years passing by. My kids asked to go after their soccer game. Their service was quick. We were sitting down quickly and our food was brought to us relatively quick as well. I will be coming back again.

It has been some years since I last ate at Henry's Cafe the The Food and service was good and my step sister used to work their and my dad used to be a regular. But sadly for those who knew them. My Step Sister Dolores Stowers past away in September of 2023. And my Dad Ernest Kim Wennerholm Past away on February 1st 2024. They both passed in their sleep after long health battles. Maybe some day my brother and I may make a trip down there for old time sake when our schedules and Income allows. Our Favorite thing were their Salads and what few health Sandwiches they had that didn't cause us issues with our own. Health we even went their once years ago with our mother to visit Delores and get a treat. An alamode which what a pie or small piece of cake with ice cream along with a drink just can't quite remember if we got ice tea or lemonade.
The food was good. My son shared one of his pancakes with me. The reason I gave it a 4 was because the pancake was not fluffy. It was tough. My son agreed with me.

Food was great! 👍 But we had this young waitress who's there all the time she's absolutely the worst, everytime I showed up she had the look on her face like she didn't want to take my order and never filled my coffee cup fully if I asked she would just look at me as if it was a too much difficult of a task to do which is sad we stopped going because of her I hope she finds a job that she likes one day because clearly being a waitress is too much for her.

I really like how Maria serves us, she is sweet and kind and makes us feel welcomed each time we dine here, but we noticed that her schedule changed because we hardly see her, and I heard other customers asking for her please don’t cut her hours she is a great waitress.
