Unfortunately, we can't rate the food, as we never got it. We did a $60 order for 4 items through DoorDash for pick-up. We got a notification the order was completed and went to pick up the food. When we arrived, the person at the store said they didn't have ANY of the items available. I asked why the system allowed us to order the items, why it showed as completed, and why no one notified us that they couldn't fulfill the order, and she said only the manager had access to the DoorDash system, and she couldn't message us or cancel the order. They did not offer to contact management, nor did they offer to provide us with any replacement items for the items they didn't have. I asked for a manager, and she referred me to another location. When I called that location, no one answered, so I left a voicemail to please call me back. The next day, I called again, and I left a message with an actual person for a manager to call me. No one has called--which is rude and unacceptable, especially for a service-based business. Now, DoorDash has told me too many days have passed (4) since the order, and they can't refund my money, even after spending 45 minutes on the phone waiting for a 'higher up" person to assist. Anyway, this cafe has a terrible system for handling pick-up orders, and the customer service is awful. Perhaps the food is good, but we will never know.
Very poor service.

We’ve been enjoying Honey Cup Coffeehouse & Creamery daily now for a week, so we’ve had time to sample quite a few bakery items, sandwiches and, of course, their superior coffee.
The harbor view, outdoor seating and interior are all very refreshing. The service is excellent thanks to Danny, Myranda, Emily, Nita, Melissa, and Sienna, and some kitchen people we only get to greet on weekends, when the hustle-bustle of this place is at a high—and the bakery puts out its best choices—like a crème brûlée croissant to die for .
We’ve had the cinnamon bun, the berry muffin, the honey biscuit, and the lemon-poppyseed scone. They’re all good, but my favs are the lemon scone and that croissant filled with yummy custard with the custard on top torched and carmelized.
We loved the TBC sandwich, and really liked all of the sandwich choices.
They also make gelato, which, to me, was more ice creamy, but delicious .
If you search for best coffee in Oxnard, Honey Cup is right there. Don’t miss it. And it’s surprisingly affordable.

Wonderful spot for early Sunday beverage and pastry before heading to the Farmers Market. The spinach cheese croissant was really good

Service was absolutely terrible, we ordered 3 milkshakes, paid, and they refused to make them as soon it turned 5:00. Wouldn’t recommend. If I could give no stars I would, but I’m not physically able to.

Honey Cup is a great cafe with a cute concept and friendly staff. The food is outstanding, with warm bread, sweet and smooth coffee, and yummy sandwiches. The atmosphere is great, with good music and friendly people and fur babies. The prices are good for a quality experience, and the staff is quick to give excellent recommendations.
This is outside in the wharf
I've visited here twice now and both times were great!
First time a few years ago I had their waffle (bowl??) And it was delicious, my fiancee had one of their breakfast sandwiches and he had zero complaints. I tried their honey latte and it was so good!
This last time we had just stopped in for a sandwich and had the "TBC" and we pretty much fought over it - we shared and that was a mistake!!
I can't wait to go back!

Nice atmosphere with outside seating. The avocado toast was disappointing. It had a weird sweet flavor. The hot chocolate was good. I ordered a Matcha and asked if I could get it half sweet with honey. It was extremely sweet. When I asked if they could do anything to make it less sweet the response was the powder already has sweetener and you asked to add honey, there is nothing we can go about it. Won't come back here after that experience.

Came here with my girlfriend on an early thursday morning for a quick drink and wow it was just wow. Welcomed by great staff with no line, we ordered a honey vanilla iced latte, a hot brown sugar cinnamon espresso along with avocado toast and banana bread which was all made under 5 minutes and we wish we would’ve taken a picture but it looked and smelled too good to wait. To no surprise the food was outstanding, the bread was warm the coffee was sweet and smooth and as we finished our meal we were gifted a free chicken and cheese sandwich which was impeccable and put the cherry on top which inspired me to write this review. Great way to start the day and great atmosphere as well, good music with friendly people and friendly fur babies too !! Nonetheless, such an outstanding establishment to which we will be returning to :)
