I’m so glad that I stopped at the Honey Cup! The pistachio cream croissant was so delicious - it is a crumbly croissant filled with a sweet pistachio cream. I am already dreaming about tracking down a similar pastry back home if I can find something like it. I got the white macadamia coffee at first (large is pictured) and wasn’t a fan, so I asked the barista if I could possibly get something else. The food was okay, nothing too special but decent for the price. The service was good, and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated or served. I liked that they offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes it a nice spot depending on the weather. Overall, a decent experience.
This almond milk latte fell flat. Instead of layered flavors where the roast and milk play off each other, it’s just one muted, blended taste. Hard to pick out any character — pretty flavorless overall.
