Unfortunately, we can't rate the food, as we never got it. We did a $60 order for 4 items through DoorDash for pick-up. We got a notification the order was completed and went to pick up the food. When we arrived, the person at the store said they didn't have ANY of the items available. I asked why the system allowed us to order the items, why it showed as completed, and why no one notified us that they couldn't fulfill the order, and she said only the manager had access to the DoorDash system, and she couldn't message us or cancel the order. They did not offer to contact management, nor did they offer to provide us with any replacement items for the items they didn't have. I asked for a manager, and she referred me to another location. When I called that location, no one answered, so I left a voicemail to please call me back. The next day, I called again, and I left a message with an actual person for a manager to call me. No one has called--which is rude and unacceptable, especially for a service-based business. Now, DoorDash has told me too many days have passed (4) since the order, and they can't refund my money, even after spending 45 minutes on the phone waiting for a 'higher up" person to assist. Anyway, this cafe has a terrible system for handling pick-up orders, and the customer service is awful. Perhaps the food is good, but we will never know.
Food dropped off at Island Packers. Food was delivered cold and ingredients were inedible (processed).

Customer service was great, coffee was like a 3.5/5, had the honey latte but tasted super watered down but I would try it again because the customer service was so friendly.
Excellent coffee and a great spot to chill and chat.

The food and atmosphere are great. Service can improve, may be due to not enough staff. Place is always busy, and this may be way they aren't very attentive.

Came here because I was waiting for the brewery to open up next door. Had a delicious cup of coffee, the honey latte and that was delicious. I also ordered a grilled cheese on a croissant and the flavor and gooeyness from the cheese was so good.

The coffee is good.
The food, the service, and the atmosphere aren’t worth it. The service actually makes me rather go to Starbucks or a vending machine. It’s sad because this could be a really great neighborhood coffee house.

LOVE it here! I get the lavender latte and it is my absolute favorite coffee. The atmosphere is super cute and all honey comb themed. Very clean and cute establishment.

Very nice and clean
I walked up to their door at 622am and they still had it locked even though they open at 6am.The only good thing about this place is the coffee. The food is subpar. The duffins are obviously not made fresh daily. They seem like they are lacking rich flavor. They taste reheated and not fresh. The "wrap" is a horrible mess. I ordered this and it was made sloppy and ingredients were not properly distributed. Half of it was a big pile of arugula. I like arugula, but this wrap was truly awful. The egg croissant sandwich I ordered was lacking, too. Definitely did not have 3 eggs on it. Don't advertise a specific amount of food if you aren't going to give the customer that amount. They also don't always fill up my coffee cup. If I'm paying 7 bucks for a 20oz. Cup of coffee, it should be full every time.

Nice little cozy spot nestled in the recently opened wagon wheel shopping center. It is an extension of the harbor location but in its own unique way. Both the brioche and croissant sandwiches were filling but not heavy.

The shop looks good and is on the harbor but coffee does not taste good, latte was sweet and you could not taste coffee even with extra shot even though asked for no sugar or syrup, I guess the almond milk was sweet but I was never told about it and that translates to no good service sorry.
Great coffee and
