THE HOURS ARE WRONG. Please update the hours. Both Oxnard locations have the wrong hours and it's frustrating. This is the second time I've gone to a location because of the hours listed and the place was closed. The hours listed say the cafe closes at 9PM. I came for a late-night hot chocolate and the place was dark. This is ridiculous.

I came in to honey cup at the Wagon Wheel Junction today, February 22 at 2 PM. I normally go to the Harbor one once a week sometimes twice a week, never had issues there and their customer service has been awesome. I was around this area and decided to come here and get my usual. The service is lacking at this location, the sandwich that I normally ordered with a croissant bread which I pay a dollar extra for was incorrect I didn't notice it until I got into my car, and when I came back to show them, they looked at me like I was the one at fault when the receipt said croissant bread and I always order on the machine. When I finally got my sandwich, The little girl that was working today was fairly rude and she just threw my sandwich on the counter and said Jen and walked away. No apologies for the incorrect and inconvenience of my time. This place lacks customer service and will be my last time I will be coming here.

I walked up to their door at 622am and they still had it locked even though they open at 6am.The only good thing about this place is the coffee. The food is subpar. The duffins are obviously not made fresh daily. They seem like they are lacking rich flavor. They taste reheated and not fresh. The "wrap" is a horrible mess. I ordered this and it was made sloppy and ingredients were not properly distributed. Half of it was a big pile of arugula. I like arugula, but this wrap was truly awful. The egg croissant sandwich I ordered was lacking, too. Definitely did not have 3 eggs on it. Don't advertise a specific amount of food if you aren't going to give the customer that amount. They also don't always fill up my coffee cup. If I'm paying 7 bucks for a 20oz. Cup of coffee, it should be full every time.

Nice little cozy spot nestled in the recently opened wagon wheel shopping center. It is an extension of the harbor location but in its own unique way. Both the brioche and croissant sandwiches were filling but not heavy.

The shop looks good and is on the harbor but coffee does not taste good, latte was sweet and you could not taste coffee even with extra shot even though asked for no sugar or syrup, I guess the almond milk was sweet but I was never told about it and that translates to no good service sorry.

Nice place and atmosphere.Staff is very niceBut the coffee is incredibly bad! I ordered a iced mocha latte and I received a cup of milk with hints of coffee flavor, some chocolate sauce at the bottom of the cup and some ice.Such a shame cuz this place is super cute, intimate and chill.

Just like the other Honeycup I really like the vibe of the place. I get the same order here as well. Iced Matcha Latte. My only thing I don't like about this place is that you have to order for yourself on a screen tablet. There is a disconnect from you and the barista and they're usually so busy and that they don't acknowledge you walk in. I think that's because their focus is not to help you take the order because of the self serve screens. BUT, the staff has been nice enough to help when I needed it

My friend and I come here often. I love their teas and coffee. Service is always friendly and usually pretty fast. It's in the food court so we usually grab a table outside and enjoy the people watching.

The place itself is very beautiful. If you come early, it’s empty and you can get a chair inside but it does get pretty packed afterwards and people are just sitting there using their computers and you’ll have to sit outside since it’s a small shop. The drinks themselves are good gone there multiple times now and they have not messed up my order or made a bad drink. They have a self checkout option which is also nice. Great little shop.
