So disappointed ordered cheeseburger combo online thinking it would be busy since it was Sunday. Place was empty. fries were trash soda was flat burger just wasn't good not even seasoned never coming back

I've been to many Casual dining, where there lobby and bathrooms are dirty, bad service and wrong orders. Hook burger, you guys made me want to come back. Food was delicious, courteous service and the place was spotless clean!!! I love it, it was my first time but I'm coming back.
It's a place where you go to have a restaurant style burger with your co-workers. It's all just ok. If you are a burger connoisseur go else where. What is good is the price, beer, burger, sides are all very good value. The people are great and attentive.
