I love how their hamburgers and fries taste. Last time I was there, no cashier would come over to help me and when my order was ready nobody announced it. I had to go over and wait a good 3-5min for somebody to come over and ask me what I needed. So I ask if my order was ready and sure enough it was sitting on the counter for I don't know how long. That was upsetting for me because I like my fries as hot as they can be. I was also upset cause I was in a hurry and couldn't ask them to replace it cause that would imply spending more time there which I didn't have. But the hamburgers and fries are very delicious specially for what you pay.

Very long life that at end bairly split. traffic was a nightmare they need to have the 2 lanes all the way with the parkinglot because its getting to be outrages all the time!! And only 1 order taker? Just wow In-N-Out

food was delicious customer service fantastic I love In -N-Out my favorite place to eat with my grandkids
Tonight at in and out in Oxnard blvd, the female representative handed away my fries to a older gentleman that walked out of the restaurant and then walked back in with the order and she swapped the fries from his grasp for my order which I come to In-N-Out all the time and by the time I get home, the fries are still warm because I package it tightly. This time the fries were extra cold, and she was a bigger woman of Hispanic heritage and her eyes looked as if she was intoxicated on marijuana or some substance and she proceeded to apologize for making the mistake.,anyways I love in and out and the fact that they’re always on top of things and have high moral in general. If I felt like good time to talk with the team to wait until after work if they’re going to utilize marijuana unless it’s a medical issue. It seemed to take awhile for the order as well. It didn’t seem that busy either. It was order number 18. Anyways still love you guys, maybe next time I can get free fries
