The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Store has some issues. Wrong instruction sign from the store parking for curbside pick up. Store parking sign says wait by the designated parking kick back and relax and one of the staff will assist you. But it’s completely wrong. When I called the store after waiting for more than 20 minutes the staff was rude and mad saying I should go inside to pick up but I was just following the sign. They don’t follow the sign anymore because the manager say so.

Tasty and affordable, fairly quick service. Only complaint is there is no option to customize your order (such as “well done” wings) . Fries and wings were just a tad soggier than the crispness I was expecting to crunch into but other than that the flavors were amazing. Big fan of the mango habanero and honey chipotle ??
Parking: Can only pick up at parking lot of chilis.

For the posts who can't find it. It's IN Chili's. You pick up at the same pick up as Chili's take out.As far as the food, the 8 bone-in wings and curly fries were the bomb. Everything tasted amazing and fresh. 100% recommend. *chefs kiss* Will be back for more.

Is the website broken? My neighbor was able to order on a Mac but on PC and Android, can't click Oxnard for a location. Same thing earlier this week. Had to order through door dash. Please have IT fix.
anybody that says this place isnt good has expired taste buds. bone in wings fall off the bone with a bite. 8 piece fries and a drink for $11. cant beat it. too bad they close at 10. biggest downside of that place

The food was great the restaurant was clean customer service was wonderful except for one person I believe her name was Denise I overheard her gossiping about some of the customers with another worker talking about them being overweight laughing at them making comments that were very inappropriate I would hope this employee gets reprimanded for this she has no business working in customer service
