Went asked for a ultimate cheeseburger combo. Got charged 34.96 than received a completely different item. I was in a rush so I diddnt catch it. Recipiet was not even offered. They just took my card swiped and gave me the wrong food I overpayed for.

1. In the drive thru they did not tell me how much the meal cost, they just said pull forward. 2. They charged me for another person’s meal 3. I had to ask for a receipt, which the manager onsite was upset that I asked for a receipt. 4. They gave me a dollar to reimburse me the difference in my order. This was only after I caught it and had to tell them this happened.
At least I was made whole, but yeah, pretty crappy experience I had

Waited for 20 minutes this morning in the drive thru woth one car in front of me. Absolutely worst service ever. Hire more people or close your drive thru. Head almost exploded.

I am very disappointed I ordered curly fries and they gave me a regular slices and small amount of fries. I asked for honey mustard sauce and they gave me barbecue sauce. The sour dough sandwich that I ordered is different sandwich that they gave it to me. My mistake is I didn’t checked the food until I come home. Very disappointed. For what expected.
