I have never had a hard time at this location until yesterday night 9/20. I paid for the Monster Munchie Meal and order a shake on the side, the lady read back the order to me but I did not get the new cup but paid for the soda and shake, lady at the window refused to give my receipt or her name and wanted me to buy a new box in order to get the cup. I didn't even get the chicken nuggets and when I asked for taco sauce she only gave me 2 and closed the window and walked away before I got to ask for a straw.

Went asked for a ultimate cheeseburger combo. Got charged 34.96 than received a completely different item. I was in a rush so I diddnt catch it. Recipiet was not even offered. They just took my card swiped and gave me the wrong food I overpayed for.

1. In the drive thru they did not tell me how much the meal cost, they just said pull forward. 2. They charged me for another person’s meal 3. I had to ask for a receipt, which the manager onsite was upset that I asked for a receipt. 4. They gave me a dollar to reimburse me the difference in my order. This was only after I caught it and had to tell them this happened.
At least I was made whole, but yeah, pretty crappy experience I had
