Ordered a Roast Beef with everything and got home.Ready to eat and it's Turkey.
I mean it’s jersey Mikes what are we expecting here?
The service at this particular location is extremely slow. They’re VERY busy during lunch and dinner time. You won’t get your food for at least 30mins if go order online/mobile app.
It’s usually kinda dirty inside. Stuff on the floor.
Tables usually not cleaned etc.
But again what are we all expecting here? It’s a fast food sub place. You get what you’re expecting it’s nothing special or amazing.
I mean I’d go here for a quick bite.
Enjoy your sandwich!

Absolutely appalling we requested no jalapeños, we got jalapeños, they couldn’t be bothered to cut the sandwich. Not the first time but this will be the last. I Do not enjoy having to come home and dig through my food to remove food I am allergic to after paying Good money and to top it off all the insides are all over the inner bag upon opening … !!! DO BETTER !!!

✨DON’T COME to this location if you want to have an easy in-and-out experience, you might spend an unnecessarily long time.✨
I usually don’t do rating but I think this is necessary, I come to this location but after this experience I think I am going to spend my money in another location. I went in today(12/27/24) at about 6:30 pm. I put my order in for 3 regular and 1 giant sandwhiches and the guy making the sandwich seemed like he was over it, I asked him multiple times to make my sandwiches the mikes way but he seemed to ignored me and kept asking me if I wanted each individual item on my sandwich. I could see why people are saying they are incapable of effectively making multiple sandwiches and take forever to make one. I asked for the vinaigrette, oil and the herb (the mikes way) but he just so wanted me to know the correct names for each items “do you mean the vinegar and the oregano” this wouldn’t have been an issue if he would have just followed simple instructions from the beginning. Never has this been an issue in another location.

Slowest Jersey Mikes I have been too on a regular basis. How can grown adults not focus on more than 1 sandwhich at a time? If the person in front of you orders more than 1 thing you may as well leave because they will make every individual item from start to finish before starting the next.

No one picks up the customer service phone. Period.you Want business be open up for hungry people that needs your business. Anyways never again .
I'm sorry but this is THE slowest Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. Not to mention all of the employees look like zombies while they were working. After I paid for my order, 3 people after me paid and got their food before me. Never coming to this Jersey Mike's again after that experience

My family frequently orders takeout from this location, 9/10 times its perfect or better than expected. Today their customer service was above and beyond their job descriptions. My online order was out of something, so she called me and actually fixed 2 problems in one call. I would have never expected her to call and it just shows how these girls truly care about their job and customers. Thank you!

S has got to be the busiest Jerseys Mike's in the area. The staff works really hard to keep things moving though.

I have over 5 years as a former Jersey Mike's employee, both as a first time job in high school and as an adult when I was looking for extra cash and to fill some down time. I'm well aware of slicing, juicing, bagging and working the grill during a lunch rush that is backed up with online orders. The store I visited was full of disappointment.
When I first walked in, I wasn't greeted with a smile or acknowledged as a customer with a simple hello. I had plenty of time to watch and observe the store. The slicer was quick, but the sandwich lacked meat and she didn't have a personality/want to talk or communicate with her staff/customers.
The juicer was sloppy, but at least his vibe was a little more friendly. His lettuce was light, as well as his juice. Often times skipping standard rows and sprinkling way too far away from the sandwich.
The wrapper was the biggest headache. She touched the kiosk with her gloves many times, then went right back to touching sandwiches. She had no rush in her at all, squished the sandwiches when she cut them, wouldn't fold the crease on the bag and most sandwiches weren't secured in her wrapping. It was shameful to see the bags she was handing to customers. She also couldn't seem any less thrilled to be there.
The cashier was the only person who had a personality, but to be fair he was lost. Often asking people if the sandwiches were theirs, when it wasn't.
I love Jersey Mike's both as a customer and former employee and will always carry pride with the franchise. I hope somebody can step in and turn that dirty. Unwelcoming store around.

This has got to be the worst Jersey Mike's location I have ever experienced. The customer service is terrible. The minute I walked in they asked me if I mobile ordered, when I said no they told me they were out of bread... how does this happen? Keep in mind this isn't the only time this has happened. These people just don't want to do anything.

I drove from 30 minutes away to take my 8 year old son to Jersey Mike's for his absolute favorite lunch and when we walked in, they said they're all out of bread. I understand these things happen, BUT about a month ago the same exact thing happened to us at the same location on Victoria. I'm not sure why they keep running out of bread but I have never had this problem before at other locations and we've been coming to Jersey Mike's for years. I walked out of the restaurant with another turned down customer and she said this happened to her at that location previously as well.
I did an online order showed up they refused to make it and the restaurant was empty and as people are walking in they were making those versus mine that was already paid for just because of the time the online order made it out for so I showed up a few minutes early and I was the only one in the restaurant so they can't make it they're just standing there looking at me that makes no sense!! Staff completely ignored me even when asked about time frame of the order. Not too happy about the lack of service they pick and choose who to serve
