If someone tells you they are there for their order and you give them your name i shouldn't have to wait 5-10 minutes to find out it was ready.

I realize things get busy… especially on a holiday weekend, but when someone pays $4-$6 for bacon and there’s non on the giant sub it’s very disappointing. The total price of 2 subs, one large and one mini was $33. Please pay attention to people’s orders. Especially when they pay extra for something and expect it to be on the sandwich. Do better please

Be careful at this location. I have tried them three times in recent times and all three times they messed up my order. They get you because it is not worth the gas money to go back over a missed ingredient, however this time they forgot something I paid extra for. My wife checked the food but didn't realize I added a topping. So stinking frustrating and I think three for three means I am to blame if I go back. Buyer beware!

We ordered the veggie sub which is cheese and green peppers and they told us in the end when we asked about them that they didn’t have green peppers. We had to point out they didn’t put the green peppers on it seems like they weren’t going to tell us and just make it a cheese sandwich.

Needlessly slow service. Looks like the sloths in Zootopia in there. On multiple separate occasions, we’ve waited for the entire line to order before being told they were out of key ingredients (like bread). They’ve also been known to ask what toppings I want, and add the wrong ones even when I clearly stated just one topping.
Regardless of the service, they have great subs.

Staff are kind of rude, they get food wrong a lot, and if you have allergies good luck! I watched them take gluten free bread that are sealed in packaging (designed not to be contaminated) and basically drag it through all sorts of contaminates. From the gloves not being changed, not putting any barriers in between to prevent contamination to pretty much anything else.
I am actually shocked at how rude the staff here was. I asked for mikes way with mayo and “spread” the guy rolled his eye put mayo on the bread and said “that’s all”? To which I say “ Can I also have spread please.” He says, “SPREAD?! What’s that?” And rolls his eyes to which I say “oh sorry I meant relish. Can Ihave it on the bread please. He closes the sandwich and rolls his eyes. To which I say “can I just have a side please.” The guy rolls his eyes AGAIN and completely ignores me. Tells the person behind me to pay first even though his sandwich wasn’t done. Suchhhhh a weird experience. I was totally kind and idk what happened but this guy was NOT having it. So unprofessional.

Very nice staff and accommodating. The only issues is they ran out of bread! However, they were able to find me the last two pieces they had in the store. Would strongly recommend their sandwiches, especially done Mike's way.
