This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had—again. It’s not the first time I’ve been ignored here, but it will probably be the last, because clearly they don’t care. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and when they do finally speak to you, they’re rude. I don’t care how good your food is—if you treat your customers like an inconvenience, don’t expect to stay in business long. I’ll gladly take my money to the taco truck just a block away. At least they know how to treat people and don’t take forever to get your food out.

food is good overall wait time is really bad ordered three things : 2 tacos 1 quesabirria and 1 asada fries. they were jumping order numbers . i think we waited almost an hour for our food to be ready .

Awful! Ordered a Carne Asada burrito and no where did is say it's warpped in cheese. Some people are lactose intolerant and you can't just sneak in cheese to a burrito. The meat wasn't even Asada, it was Stewed beef. $20 to have to pick out cheese and and nasty textured beef. I you say your service Asada it has to be grilled ranchera. This burrito is BS. Salsa nothing special.

I love Juarez Tacos. They have unique plates for a great price. I have been coming here for about three years. However I am not sure if they changed the chef? But the food is feeling a little blend, lately. The birria does not have the same flavor as before. Nonetheless, they are still my top choice.

Paid $10 for an aqua Fresca at their food truck. It was warm and had hardly any ice, I asked if they could please add more ice and they wanted to charge me an extra $2. The limon and pepino flavor and it was artificial tasting.
