I give the tortillas a 10, the chiles water is very good. But other foods are definitely not their specialty. I ordered fajitas and it really seemed like the meat was not cooked well.

I couldn't recommend a better spot. They have the best Agua Chile around. The Cameron’s Cabrones are amazing, and the shrimp tacos are absolutely incredible. A solid 10 out of 10.
I'm from Tucson I was here for work and want to eat all the fresh seafood I can. This has been my favorite experience so far. Fantastic shrimp and fish the flavor of the sauces was powerfully delicious with the butterflied shrimp and fish. Very friendly staff as well Thanks guys hope you make it to the collection like we talked about

The specialty is shrimp. My shrimp in buttered garlic was lovely. My husband chose the Diabla style. Very spicy. It's a lovely spot. Truly a gem Old Money Panchos spot.

Tacos Gobernador absolutely fabulous. Prepared with love. Fresh and sweet butter-sauteed shrimp succulent in its hand-made gently fried tortilla. Delightful peppers and cilantro add zing. Chipotle sauce heavenly smokey , Generous proportions. Julian's Aguachiles feels like I have my own abuella cooking for me! Am treating my adult children to feast here next time they visit from Seattle.
