The cheese on the torta was bad and when I asked if I can get a refund or a new one made they said no and kept fighting over how I was wrong instead of correcting the problem. Worst part was I drove all the way home just to realized the cheese tasted horrible then drive all the way back just to be presented with horrible service like if it was my fault and I had only taken one bite.I do not recommend!!!!!!!

I have always loved their tortas and licuados, but damn! The prices have gone way up! It’s ridiculous! 3 tortas and 2 medium licuados for a whopping 67 dollars… that is just a bit too much.

We come here often for their mamey smoothies. This time I decided to get a large carrot juice with spinach. We payed a total of $21 for both Large drinks including tax. The staff is always friendly and works fast make your order. Everything you order is made right there and then, so if there's a lot of people you might wait there for a bit. They have a nice decoration, chairs and tables where you can seat and eat or wait for your order.

Food good but last time I went there meat was warmed up in microwave and the guy making sandwich has one glove on and looks upset or not a greeting look on his face like he don't like working there. Not paying over $20 for a drink and a torta for that kind of service.
I love how a jungle juice has a wide variety of different types of tortas and smoothies. Both the torta and the smoothie came out within three minutes of placing the order which is insanely quick. For both the torta and the smoothie, they came out to about $23.

This used to be a nice place. Now it's dirty and rundown. The avocado sandwich was a favorite of mine but now I won't go there anymore due to the amount of homeless people that camp in front of it.

I've been going here since I was young it was great and service was amazing but now... the younger girl there is flat out RUDE and just because my Spanish is not fluent she purposely acted like she didn't understand me to humiliate me but later I heard her speak perfect English OTP with someone... I ordered and Chocolate banana smoothie and it came as just a banana smoothie and I politely asked if she would mind fixing it because it wasn't my order and she rolled her eyes and said something foul about me to the cook and they both laughed! She didn't wash her hands and touched a bunch of things before remaking my smoothie and touching the banana don't go here I rate negative 10 stars if I could

Came in on a Tuesday to get some fresh fruit & was extremely disappointed w/what we got the fruit was so old & mushy, the cucumber tasted like what it does when its old! We had purchased two larges & for what we got ,we were so ripped off awful we won't be coming back w/quality like that I think I'll save my money, for another place that will value my patronage & give me fresh product!
