“This KFC was overall just okay, but Omar truly made the experience memorable. He was incredibly welcoming, respectful, and had great customer service. He even gave me some recommendations, and thanks to him, I ended up trying the Mac and cheese and chicken and cheese I GOT A BIG OL BOWL FOR 5 BUCKS and it did not disappoint! Omar was hands-down the highlight of my visit.“
“We had a really enjoyable visit! The chicken was outstanding—crispy, steaming hot, and super juicy, not dry at all. My whole family left happy and full, which is always a win.
One suggestion for improvement: the mashed potatoes weren’t quite what we remembered. The flavor seemed a bit different, and the consistency was on the watery side this time. Could just be a one-off, but worth mentioning.
Also, a heads-up about pricing: if you’re looking to save, definitely place your order through the KFC app. Most of the promotions are app-only, so drive-thru orders can end up costing more. We saved money by ordering ahead and just picking it up—quick and easy!
