This KFC can be a very hit or miss, but I mostly find my main issue being the fried chicken itself, it often is not crispy and it’s skin turns out to just only be soft. The times it is crispy is when you get your money’s worth, but it’s rare for that to happen at this point.

Horrible experience the cashier that goes by the name Viridiana got our order wrong and the chicken was nasty and looked old , as well as the biscuit it was dry and stale.

I ordered the three-piece came out to be 15 almost $16. The chicken was nasty the mac and cheese was nasty and the biscuit was drier than any biscuit I've ever tasted I ended up throwing the whole meal out. You may have got me for 1516 this time KFC but it will never happen again your food is trash

They currently have a promo running for Diablo beta early access with purchase of a chicken sandwich! I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was still crispy even though we picked it up 30 mins later. Wished there were more pickles though!

This KFC serves chicken cooked better than the other KFC's in the area. We always come here when we want it fresh.It's moist and delicious.KFC is competing with McDonald's for chicken nuggets. KFC's are delicious and compared to McDonald's are vastly superior and better for you.I don't care for McDonald's chicken nuggets. Go to KFC for your children knowing you're getting good quality meat.Adults, too.

If your store hours say 11pm you should honor it!!! 10:30 pm and no drive thru or dinning area open,consider the inconvenience when someone has in mind that closing hours are 11 and trying to make it and when you think you did its closed although business hours say otherwise
This place deserves 10 stars. I ate at this place and left happy and satisfied with the good service they offered, nothing to do with the restaurant located in Thousan Oaks. The employees serve you in a brusque manner.

I just got directions to this one. Had to meet my lawyer in the parking lot. But I am usually down for some KFC. It's never disappointing. Wait no more BBQ??! Now it's disappointing.I only gave it 3 stars for Service and Atmosphere because my lawyer didn't have the stuff. He said it was illegal.?
Parking: I had to pay....my lawyer.
