This KFC can be a very hit or miss, but I mostly find my main issue being the fried chicken itself, it often is not crispy and it’s skin turns out to just only be soft. The times it is crispy is when you get your money’s worth, but it’s rare for that to happen at this point.

They currently have a promo running for Diablo beta early access with purchase of a chicken sandwich! I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was still crispy even though we picked it up 30 mins later. Wished there were more pickles though!

One suggestion for improvement: the mashed potatoes weren’t quite what we remembered. The flavor seemed a bit different, and the consistency was on the watery side this time. Could just be a one-off, but worth mentioning.
