You see the menu pictures of all items in the wall. Looks good. But hooo sad reality nothing similar with the the quality and quantity in your order, is very POOR you get for your money, if you go there you see. I was disappointed.

I was there on July 27th order a two-person meal I was attended by a young man cashier says Michael on the receipt he treated me horribly disrespectfully I asked for a cup of water he said I don't have any cups of water to give you he asked me if I won my receipt another employee walk by the register and I asked do you have any water on I'd like to have a cup of water he said absolutely I do so the young man got it for me the cashier would not identify himself to me suicide what time did the cup from the other employee I walked away and he said next time I'm going to charge you for that cups of water these were cups of water I said that's very offensive very rude of you I'm a senior citizen and you have no respect I spent over $10 this person should be relieved of his job I will never return to that store again ever I was hurt and offended 3351 saviers road Oxnard California I would never recommend it to anyone not even to my worst enemy which I don't have

Once again this store must go out of its way for all customers to ensure fair treatment of the afro Americans community and it's greatest assets US EE THE CITIZENS THAT THIS STORE NEEDS FOR BUSINES! today my friend and I visited the store restaurant on savers Rd in Oxnard California on April 16 2024 at four thirty pm we were graced with the young cashier of Mexican skin played the popular game of NO IM NOT TAKING YOUR ORDER while playing stupid? this kid had the disgusting audacity to have me redo my payment with my card and as soon sd i would turn my face he would cancel my order then claim the payment was electronically declined my purchase i tried twice on second time the card rrader displayrd that payment accepted then he claimed that it was declined it was the employee that denied me the meal i wanted to bring home for my grand son of 8yrs this little boy has the habit of doing this to us of afro design this has become habitual and i call it on the mngmnt at fault its not the fistt and for sure I'm certain not the last and with that I ask stressfully to have decent mature minded employees to give us dignity's way the opportunity to be exercised for all and not to your representatives preferred choice of skin color it gives the kfc image uglyness it cant fix but those in corporate will if necessary a lawyer that not in practice in this city of Oxnard will be my next choice to address this disgusting issue that is practiced by the chain of KFC RESTAURANT it has to stop. The woman who helped me had a very ugly attitude
If I could give 0 I would. Food was dry like it had been sitting around all day. Food was way too salty and gross. What a waste of $20!! Oh and $4 for a tiny thing of mashed potatoes? Seriously?

4th time. They never have crispy. Staff is very rude and forgot my sides. So this time I ask, is my coleslaw there. He says yes. So I open it in front of him and it's not there. How does a KFC, no matter what time of day never have crispy.

Went to order food in person, building was closed even though it was open hours so we went to drive through. Lady who talked to us had a BIG attitude. After getting our food, which was supposed to have FOUR LARGE SIDES, we only got THREE. Asked for sauce, didn’t received any. Tried to call multiple times to solve this issue so we can go back and get the fries that WE WERE MISSING AND THAT WE PAID FOR - no one picked up. Pretty sure they knew it was because they effed us over. Won’t be going again. They all should really be trained more.

Most horrid service ever at kfc. I asked about the happy hour meal that was posted on the window outside and was told she didn't know anything about it. I asked if I should go back outside to look at the poster or can she look it up and she looked down at the register but said nothing. After a minute I said, I assume I should go check outside and half way to the door she finally acknowledged me and said it only had 2 pieces of chicken and 1 side. I asked to order it but she didn't offer a choice of sides. I then asked if they still had the 8 piece $10 chicken box and was told it was $21. Knowing I just got it for $10 last week, I looked it up on the app and showed it to her. She said nothing to me but called over someone else who said that was an app special only and I had to order from the app, Service was horrid, I swear this gal was on something or she just had no people skills whats so ever!!0
