A friend had a graduation party at this place. Food was good, drinks were good and the atmosphere was awesome. They had a live mariachi band that was pretty darn good!

Go to an even better place where they offer you better service. Everything in this place is a farce by Mr. Tempo. Their managers abuse their employees, with violence and threatening words. This place sells illegal alcohol to minors. They serve alcohol to minors and already intoxicated people. Has people without permission and minors serving alcohol. Mr. Tempo knows about the violence of his managers and the only thing he did was close his eyes and do nothing.

Over all good and fun, but definitely pricy!!!Music Friday and sat after 10pm parking sucks. Thats like a special event type of night. Can’t go routinely for just drinks over priced

To be Mexican I can say that this is literally an ordinary cantina with a lot of neon lights, the food is very bad, the tables with a level of metal that makes no sense, the cantina music hahaha and very loud, if you are from Oxnard you will know what it is a thousand times go and spend your money at El chilitos que Aqui, apart from the fact that the same people go to this place. The service is very good, it's the only thing that stands out about that place.

A little pricey, but good food and good service. I'm told that they have live entertainment on the weekends which I always enjoy.

We made a reservation an hour and a half before arrival to avoid waiting there outside so we went elsewhere while we waited for reservation time when we arrived I told the hostess we had a reservation but she said we weren't in the system even after showing her the confirmation and said we were going to have to wait an hour for a table I told her this is why we reserved a table but luckily after 5 minutes she sat us down

Help me write a review for kings and Queens CantinaI have been to Kings and Queens a few times typically just run in and grab a drink at the bar and then head back out. I’ve heard lots of really great amazing things about Kings and Queens and last night was the first time I went in and had a seat and actually ordered food. We were with a fairly large party of about 18 people and were in fairly early around 6 o’clock before it got too busy. Our waiter was very helpful and nice and took orders for everybody. However, he did not let us know that it was company policy that they wouldn’t be able to split the check up per group and that’s a little bit difficult for us as government workers we can’t have other people buying us food. In the end, he did eventually get our tickets all separated out so we didn’t have to leave. The table ordered a variety of different drinks and beers as well as food everything from burgers and chips and salsa to sushi and burritos. All of the food looked amazing and the drinks were really great, in previous experiences the staff in the service have always been helpful and exceptional. The ambience is very young, feeling with music videos, playing black lives, and neon signs graffiti type of artwork. There’s a large outdoor patio with lots of seating that I believe it’s going to be absolutely amazing during the summer and the windows do fold open all the way to let in a nice breeze once the weather heats back up. I am looking forward to coming back

Great place! Mariachi's were great but then after them was just their regular music - super bien!!! All the TV's showed the videos of the music, with the words! I absolutely love cuz I can sing along! The food was Sinaloense style - amazing! The flavor of all of our dishes was mouth watering delicious!I cannot wait to go back whenever we're in Oxnard!

I think the service has declined from opening day. The drinks are extremely sweet. I visited on two additional occasions to see if the drinks were better, they were not. I truly hope they improve back to their original opening day

In regards to Mexican food, we give this place a four out of 10. It's like a nightclub the food is extremely poor even when I told the management how extremely bad my food was, there was no reciprocation whatsoever . I would skip this place and go to los agaves around the corner for better Mexican food Ambience is extremely loud

Highly recommend for food quality, service, and vibe. We are in town visiting on a work trip, and stopped in at this restaurant on a whim. Our server was Chang, who is primarily one of the main chefs, and gave us so many amazing recommendations and made our experience that much greater.
