Horrible drive thru experience the girl in the intercom was laughing and talking to someone in the background and wasn’t helping when I asked her what she had available. The person on the window was named Isabella and it was a bad experience aswell I told her I was paying with Apple Pay and she just ignored and kept laughing through the headset and didn’t give me the receipt just gave the box and closed the window.

I am very disappointed. Last evening I spent $26 on 6 doughnuts and doughnut holes. I order was 4 Santa cream filled and 2 chocolate cream filled doughnuts. KK are usually my favorite and I always get the chocolate cream filled. Out of the 4 Santa doughnuts, 1 of them actually had cream inside. The other three had very very little. The chocolate cream weren’t filled as much as it normally are. We live on the other side of town so we don’t get there often, but when we are on that side I will splurge. Not anymore.

Am an active duty service member and this location did not participate on the Veterans Day promotion program on the website it states free any donut but this location stated that it is only for glazed donut but on the website stated any donut as promoted so falls advertisement. Just letting you guys know in advance.

What is the point in having a speciality box price amd then up charging me on the donuts? Seriously the 3 donuts is supposed to be 8.89 ish for speciality donuts, which means when you only have select speciality donuts that is what you are supposed to pay..... I was up charged .60 cents per donut instead of this. This is unprofessional and a complete lie to your customers. Especially when your own employees don't fix it.

Visited here with the wife. First time back in awhile. Same problems exist. DON'T put the word "Filled" in your donut descriptions if you are going to LIE about it ! Custurd "filled" donut contained only a thimble sized portion. Lemon "filled" about 3 thimbles. Customer service (?) NEVER greeted by employee or asked to help us. Ziggy must have been trying to read our minds. Donuts filling some slots other than marked. Overpriced for the quality/value/size that you get. Will stick to other donuts shops like Spudnuts or Masters in the future.

The best donuts! I’ve been taking my kids to this location for several years. Make sure to download their app or get on their email list somehow because they always are sending out great deals. I found that this location is very clean inside. The staff has always been extremely friendly to me. They have a couple tables inside where you can sit down and this location also has a drive-through window. I’m not sure if all of these locations have a drive-through window, but this one sure does. If you come to this location and the sign in the window is lit up, you can actually get a free doughnut. Basically if they’re making donuts, hot and fresh or able to get a free one. That’s something really cool to be able to do with your kids.
