It's a cool hidden spot, I had a shrimp cocktail and michelada. Michelada was good for sure, it came with shrimp and cucumbers on the rim. Cash Only.

This place is SO good! I ordered the pastor tacos and have already been back a second time. The guy at the front counter is so nice and helpful and courteous and always has a smile. The place is very clean and I will come!
So the decor is a bit beat up but the food is good. I had the salsa verde burrito and the flavor was spot on. The burrito was too hot and loosely wrapped to hold by hand but I was ok with that. It was served with a fork and knife and tasted great. I'll take good food over decor every time.

Authentic, authentic, authentic! If you're looking for a little classic piece of Mexico in the Ventura area this place is great. Everything about it makes you feel like you're in Mexico and the food is exceptional with outstanding service (bilingual capable). The area is on the cusp of farming and residential. It can appear to be rough but it's safe. Great experience with great food and great service. This is my second time here and it will definitely not be my last. Menu is vast and the delivery of food to your table is quick! If you find yourself wanting some really good and authentic Mexican look no further - it is here.
