Everything here is 100% vegan, and they have lots of gluten free options as well! The owner is so sweet and the cafe is so cute! Perfect for a brunch date or grab a bite after running along the beach! Would definitely come here again, may even become a regular spot for us 🩷 Updated from previous review on 2025-12-28

This is by far the best vegan food spot I’ve tried. The food was so delicious and flavorful. The service was friendly and super accommodating.
My dad isn’t even vegan and he ordered seconds to take with him on the road.

Highly recommend this spot. I will definitely be back.

La Jenelle is a cool little vegan joint on Silver Strand Beach. Limited outdoor seating is great for people watching. Friendly owners greet you with a smile. Tried their single shot espresso - yumm! Robust flavor with a bitter kick.

Absolutely loved finding this spot! An adorable little cafe and the food is absolutely so good. The gyro and bagel are something I could eat everyday. The vegan pesto is amazing 😍
Will be back when in Cali next time.

Delicious food and the woman at the front is very kind. I had the burrito and the bagel, very well made.

My 4 year old cousin said it best “this is one thousand times good”. We went with a large group and had an amazing lunch! Some of us are vegetarian, some dairy free, and some omnivores and we all loved it! Great smoothies! I went back later to pick up some cashew pesto to add to our dinner and it was perfect! Highly recommend this gem of the strand!

It is unassuming, but this joint serves a delicious Burger! Super friendly service, and heard some seals and ocean waves while we ate. My boyfriend is a Vegetarian and I am not, but the burger did not disappoint.
