La Jenelle is a cool little vegan joint on Silver Strand Beach. Limited outdoor seating is great for people watching. Friendly owners greet you with a smile. Tried their single shot espresso - yumm! Robust flavor with a bitter kick.

Absolutely loved finding this spot! An adorable little cafe and the food is absolutely so good. The gyro and bagel are something I could eat everyday. The vegan pesto is amazing 😍
Will be back when in Cali next time.

Delicious food and the woman at the front is very kind. I had the burrito and the bagel, very well made.

My 4 year old cousin said it best “this is one thousand times good”. We went with a large group and had an amazing lunch! Some of us are vegetarian, some dairy free, and some omnivores and we all loved it! Great smoothies! I went back later to pick up some cashew pesto to add to our dinner and it was perfect! Highly recommend this gem of the strand!

It is unassuming, but this joint serves a delicious Burger! Super friendly service, and heard some seals and ocean waves while we ate. My boyfriend is a Vegetarian and I am not, but the burger did not disappoint.

We loved it so much, all we have is what we bought to go! We ordered the pork jackfruit in a pretzel bun with caramelized onions. Delicious! Also the Mexicali bowl with avocdo sauce was tasty, but the Shoreline burrito was filling but not as flavorful...maybe fewer beans and more sauce? I ordered the special that wasnt on the menu...Caribbean mix of spinach, tomatoes, and cabbage grilled and laid in a chubby tortilla. Hmmm. Nachos with cashew cheese were superb! To top it off, we shared a piece of the blueberry cheesecake.. oh yummy! We left with an organic almond cream cheese to go. Thank you!

The date truffles are an astonishing invention of texture and flavor - cocoa nibs and date on the inside, dark chocolate coating on the outside. I truly wish I could buy boxes of them to take home to family and friends - they’re a one of a kind gem. Can’t wait to come back when we return to the Channel Islands!

Delicious, lovingly crafted vegan food you won't find anywhere else. I've visited three times so far and everything was stunning! And a bonus to support a local business. Seating is limited to two outdoor tables, which has not been a problem for me. Or you can take your food to go. Either way, you won't regret it!

Awesome local spot. Service was great, owner is very friendly and obviously passionate and cares about her business. Food was delicious as well and you know you're getting good ingredients, you get what you pay for! I'll definitely be back to La Jenelle Natural Cafe.

We got the bagel and pretzel bun sandwich. So yummy😄

We stopped in here for breakfast and wow, such incredible vegan food. The owner/chef was incredibly kind and welcoming as well. We got brekky burritos and the bagel; all of it was incredible and so fresh. The seating is limited and outdoors but we stopped in on a lovely day and after we ate enjoyed a 5 min walk to the beach. We will most certainly be back and I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone.
