The truth is that I had a lot that wasn't going today and the prices were very expensive, especially the bossy ones, it's been a long time since well, whoever can go, I better go to the other Michoacan ones, more affordable prices.
Walked in and didn’t really see where to wait in line so i walked in to the left. Three employees working, only one was with a customer. It was awkward because I was not greeted or acknowledged. A group of people walked in and the girl sweeping acknowledged them. Finally, she asks me what I want. Cant even finish with my first order when she says “algo mas”.
She appeared annoyed at assisting me and even the girl ringing me up seemed annoyed. As I was walking out I saw a small cardboard sign stating where the line started.

Horrible customer service! Waiting for a long time while the employee was having a conversation with someone and not even attending the customers in line. Very unprofessional and they need to train their employees on how to treat customers.

Ice cream is addicting ! Lol I love that they have other items to snack on .The male employee is awesome ! Always smiles / positive attitude .They always have their ice creams in stock ! The prices for servings is just right !Thought I’d tale the time to take photos and upload some for everyone to see the ice cream flavors they have .Too bad I can’t comment on guest …. ?Well I think I can ?Say Thank You ! And please make sure your children say excuse me and not lick the glass !!
