The reason I give a bad food 1 star, is because my meal when it came I took my leftovers home. And upon warming them up for dinner to eat them I found a sheet metal screw in my food. I called the restaurant to inform them that they might be missing a screw in some oven cover or a pot or pan. They really didn't care put me on hold for 10 minutes and said sorry there's really nothing they can do. We used to frequent this restaurant quite a bit I will not be going back there due to their lack of concern over their negligence and it happened in the restaurant, guaranteed would have been legal issue. I no longer would recommend this restaurant for the very simple fact that they have no concern for the safety of the customer.

Horrible service. I like coming here because usually the people are very friendly & always ordered the same thing when coming here. This morning the service was horrible. The waitress had a horrible attitude and refused to allow me to make the same modification that I do every time I come. It should be noted that I don't mind paying extra so that wouldn't be a problem. If I could not give any stars I would. Terrible customer service. (I recommend that if you don't like your job or are in a bad mood, it's better not to show up so that you don't ruin the clients' day.)

Waiter disappeared. Rest of staff refused to refill soda. Had to get up from table and go to bar. Bartender asked to return to table and had to wait until manager approved refill?

The food is not good bad experience will not go back not authentic Mexican food
Definitely not family/kid friendly. If I could rate 0 I would. We are a family of 5 and were denied entire because my nephew had a happy meal. They did not let him walk past the door before stating we were not allowed to bring outside food (Causing all eyes from everyone in the restaurant to look at him). I would understand if we were a group of 4 families and 4 kids have outside food but, $5-6 will not make or break your restaurant. We will never be back to any of your locations and will pass on your new ”rule” as your GM stated to all our family and friends in the area.
