Ordered a three meat treat, classic pepperoni, and pepperoni with pineapple. Damn lady gave me a pepperoni, and 2 more pepperonis with chedder cheese or whatever you call it, and the three meat treat. Didnt even get one of the pizzas correct. When I got to the store to pick up, i still had to wait a while because they werent ready. I ordered it 30 minutes ago. On the phone they said I had to wait 15-30 minutes. The cashier Giovanni S. does not know how to do her job.

The cashier that attended me was very nice. My only issue was that my pizza had way to much crust and it's wasn't well done like I asked for. But overall it's a nice small place.

Little Caesars Pizza is Little Caesars Pizza. Satisfying. Filling. Inexpensive. And conveniently located. However, he does make the customer a little uncomfortable when you're asked to tip for a takeout order. People tip for attentive service, not for standing behind a counter.
Sent my daughter for my order and they forgot to give her our breadsticks I called and got credit came in tonight for dinner again this time I came to make sure it’s all right and nope they forgot one of my pizzas so I had to order it and wait for my third pizza they didn’t even apologize for there mess up absolutely shocked by how this location handles the customers then I try to redeem my credit on the breadsticks and the so called manager came out and said she couldn’t find it so oh well basically so absolutely upset with these experiences back to back I run a business and will have nothing but negative comments about this location on rose to all my customers SHAPE UP AND RE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYESS THEY REPRESENT LIL CESARS DO BETTER OXNARD ROSE!!!!!

The portals are easily able to open up without a code and the manager and staff should know this because it seems to happen a lot. Bad customer service by a chubby girl with braces when I asked what happened to my pizza and she said uuuuuuuuummmmmmm and walked away fast no answer. A simple I’m not sure hold on would have sufficed. I commented on that she said yeh well you got your pizza didn’t you with attitude, now all of a sudden she had the balls to say something instead of run away. She will definitely need to be fired or retrained on customer service.

Place a order over the phone and the girl was extremely rude and inpatient. I couldn't understand what she was saying and just basically hung up on me. Not sure if my order was even placed.Very bad service over the phone. If you're not happy with answering phone calls or even have the patients to take a order it's best you find another job!!!
