I paid a little over $20 to get the “two proteins” on my platter. I can’t say I was terribly impressed by the portions.
For a business with written “high protein” on the front door, you’ve got to do better.
CAVA is cheaper, gives you more protein and the service is 2x faster.

My family and I love coming to Luna Grill. It’s become our favorite restaurant when we are hungry. Every visit we make here the team members are always kind, friendly and helpful. The cooks always serve amazing, tasty food. Today I want to give a shout out to Juan. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work that you do, even with the simplest tasks. I can tell you really care about others! Thanks for treating my family and I with kindness.

Takes way too long for some chicken and rice.
Loved this place! The food was super flavorful and clearly made to order—you can really taste the freshness in every bite. Portions were just right, super satisfying without going overboard. On top of that, the customer service was awesome—friendly, fast, and made us feel right at home. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you're looking for something tasty and made with care!
We did take out. We ordered 2 make it your own bowl. Loved it!!! Wish we had one near us in AZ. Only negative was I asked for 2 Taziki and received 1 helping. But still soooo delish!

Really like the traditional gyro wraps. Hummus plate. They NOW have Grulled Shrimp Kabobs. Very good.
Eric was Awesome, very polite and his customer service was exceptional.

The food here is always solid. The 5 Stars are for the young lady who answered the phone today (July 17) around 6:20pm in London Oxnard. I order from the Ventura location a lot.. DoorDash normally defaults to that location. After I placed my order today, I realized it had sent the order to Oxnard. Within three minutes of placing the order, I tried to cancel it, but I got a message saying I was not able to so I called the Oxnard location. The young lady that answered the phone could not have been nicer or more helpful. Without missing a beat, she offered to call the Ventura location and have the order transferred over. Oxnard is not that far but parking at the Collection can be quite challenging and I live five minutes from the Ventura location so I was really hoping to not have to go to Oxnard.. True her word, the order was transferred to Ventura. It’s been a very long day and I am beyond appreciative for her extra efforts.

The food is great, always done perfectly. Chopped Chicken Pita with Chipotle sauce on the side is 10 / 10.
My only issue was the service, My plate of food was missing the sauce that comes on the side. I waited for the server to be available and asked if I could please have the sauce that's missing.
Proceed to explain for a minute that the sauce is in the pita and that's all it comes with but he would still get it. Brought the sauce dropped it on my table and left.
Not my first time here so I'm confuse why he's taking the time to explain sauce distribution, either bring it or don't.
If you can't then it's OK, thank you but don't agree to bring it, drop it on the table and be upset about it.
I'm just trying to enjoy my food but what a weird experience.
