Good customer service, good for eating in but food not the same as the one on vineyard.

Asked for a burrito w/ cheese . No cheese, they decided to fix it by adding an insane amount of cheese like I was troubling them for asking them to fix my order. Could have added contents of burrito into a new tortilla w cheese instead of giving me a half -job done fix.

My family keeps giving this place another chance because sometimes, just sometimes, the food is great. No more... never again. Each one of us has had several bad experiences at 'Lupita's'. We've gotten burnt food, completely wrong orders, bad customer service (many, many times) Most recently my order was wrong and the chilaquiles were just chips with salsa dumped on top, egg not the way i ordered, missing the meat i ordered and had beans and rice which i specifically said not to include. When i took it back the lady blamed the cook even though someone should be checking orders like at any other competent restaurant. I was cool but the lady acted bothered and offered me a refund to get rid of me instead of offering to make it right. Sometimes, you'll walk into their empty place they ignore you like a leaf that blew in with the wind. Don't waste your time and money at 'Lupita's'.

You know when youre a kid and youre really into the coloring youre doing. Youre tongues out focusing on staying in the lines and there's nothing in the world that could bother you.

I wanted a taco combo but they didnt have one so I ordered a carne asada combo. The meat was nerves and fat. So dissappointing. I never received my salsa. Rice and Beans were ok.

I really enjoyed the food the 3 times I've visited. It was very tasty. I will be back. I tried the carne asada, the enchiladas, and carnitas. All were delicious. The love that they still do the grilled jalapeños and onions, no one does this anymore. It's worth a try if you are in the area and craving mexican cuisine.

Horrible I bou6 my wife a posole and it had foam as In it was bad never going back again and my wife got food poison. You call the restaurant and they don't want to take liability or accept the matter they sell spoiled food

Ordered a super burrito cut in half with salsa and cream aside and got the cream inside the burrito was not cut in half I was going to to share the burrito with someone. That is lactose intolerant when I called the taqueria spoke to the manager or owner he gave me his name was pancho he said he would give me a free side of cream next time lol I wast asking for nothing free I just wanted to address that this was a big mistake bc of the person I was sharing the burrito with long story short I’m never going there again !!!

Good food. A better place if you are in the mood for more authentic Mexican food.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service! The woman taking orders DOES NOT know ANY English whatsoever, yet acts like she does so you think your order is going to be correct. Someone needs to put someone else to take order!!!

Food is great, don't get me wrong. But if it wasn't for the poor customer service, I would of gave them 5 ⭐. The woman taking order does NOT speak or understand English at all. She takes my order && nods like she understands but my order ends up wrong. I've been there multiple times && each time she is the one to take my order, at one point a gentleman from the back had to intervene because she couldn't understand what I was saying. Like I said, food is really good here but due to the difficulty of ordering && fear of getting my orders wrong, I choose not to come here.
