Hi, my dad and I just came from here and had the worst experience. The customer service was AWFUL. Now I’m not the type to make a complaint but this deserves one. The girl was so rude my dad had to tell her to “calm down,don’t yell at me I’m just confused”. She then continued to keep being rude and yelling towards him after he asked nicely. I’ve had rude customer service before but not this rude. Whoever was the employee serving us thru the drive thru speaker at that time needs to learn better customer service or just quit if she can’t learn human decency to be nice to customers. My dad wanted to order a burger for him also and she was giving him a tough time saying “ ok you can go now” and also the total so he couldn’t order after we Js ordered one thing.But he count ones to ask and say please and she just wasn’t cooperating what so ever. She was way to much in a rush when their was no line what so ever. Then the burger was also cold. Do better we would like a refund for this awful experience.

I came to mc Donald’s today and I asked for my fries and the rest of my order COOK TO ORDER - The young guy with wavy hair helped me and he said I would get a receipt at the window and I didn’t so I don’t have his name. I get to the window and this Asian guy gave me my fries and they were cold and I asked him if I can get my fries fresh, he was BOTHERED when I told him and he said you need to park if you want a fresh basket of fries. The other 2 fries I purchased were warm when I touched them and when I parked I noticed that they had just thrown them in the fryer and they were really dark they weren’t fresh.
THENNNNNNNN they send over YAJAIRA to bring my fries and let me tell you she was very nice and understanding I expressed my concerns and she was so helpful. I wish they were more people like her please give her a raise! Mc Donald’s you need more helpful and friendly people like her.

I have to speak up and I asked for my food FRESH & most important because IM PAYING for it it’s not free. If it was free I wouldn’t be complaining.

This is my favorite McDonald's spot to hit up. Just don't go at night like me cause you'll see lots of vagrants.
The food has been almost always piping hot and fresh from here alone and I'm a big back for McDonald's so like, I've hit up plenty of spots just on proximity of where I've lived over the years.
Rose Ave - Wack 2nd Rose by the tracks - Wack The one inside Walmart (Not anymore though cause it's Charleys) - Wack Oxnard Blvd - Wack Vineyard - Wack Patterson - Wack Saviers - Wack Ventura Rd - Wack (tons more vagrants here)
This is the spot. It's a bit out of the way but all the more reason to venture because McDonalds is trash food to begin with right? Let's be honest, no one eats McDonald's because it "tastes" good.
It "tastes" like "McDonalds".
If you want to really "Taste" your McDonalds you need to have it piping hot and fresh and crispy and only this spot cares about that for some reason.
Every other spot is "just McDonalds".

Food-5-One burger appeared sloppily made, while the other appeared picture perfect! Order was made correctly! Service-3-Kinda sad I wasn't offered a water cup when I didn't order a drink. Employees are casual and helpful. Atmosphere-5-Besides the helpful napkins left on the table and the casual french fry on the ground it's a happy environment!

I drive for Uber eats and DoorDash and they never have the orders ready. I would like to know why I can’t go on the drive true to get the food please understand that us drivers have multiple orders and we can’t be turning off the car parking and waiting for our order to be ready. It should be ready and we should be able to also get the orders true the drive-true i would like a call back from corporate office this location is never on point what is going on?
