Last time I came last week, they told me to wait for my food in a parking spot for my food and legit never came out so I had to go in and turned out they gave my order to a completely different person. I was waiting for about 45 minutes total which is crazy for a drive thru trip. Today I ordered a drink and instead of telling me they didn’t have the drink, they tried giving me a diet soda instead. I don’t like diet soda so I just asked for a different one, but they were still giving me the wrong sodas and wrong sizes. To top it off they didn’t give me any sauce at all which sucks. The team really needs to communicate with each other and also communicate with customers.

The manager who was working today at 10 pm was very rude and disrespectful towards two individuals who were waiting for their order. Mind you they took 20 minutes to complete my order due to him distracting his coworker talking bad about one of the individuals waiting for his food. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but overall the costumer service at this location is very poorly.

Sometimes they close the drive thru and leave their online services on. I ordered on ubereats and 5 different delivery drivers went to the drive thru and i didnt know what was wrong until i drove there myself. Delivery drivers lose money on gas when this stuff happens.
