I don’t understand how you can mess up an order after they can read it back to you three different times and still get it wrong not. Management needs training!! There was an employee that did apologize multiple times on behalf of the others.

They gave us are good but then he said that we are missing a coffee and he will bring it but then he really never came and we had to go and wait for like 10 mnts for he could give it to us and instead he was just walking around.
