The last number of times I've gone there for breakfast they stated thier Orange juice machine at that time was broken its not even the ice cream machine get it together McDonald's and fix your machines.

I've been coming there for years, but now not as nice n just took a chance n went with my aunt. My goodness has really changed, feel like you really don't wanna have physical contact with your customers, everything technology computerized. N had to ask for help n she was so helpful n very mannerisms showed. Sorry to say why did you'll changed the fries size not the same. To thin, cutting corners might help cost but hurts the product you own for.

I drive for Uber eats and DoorDash and they never have the orders ready. I would like to know why I can’t go on the drive true to get the food please understand that us drivers have multiple orders and we can’t be turning off the car parking and waiting for our order to be ready. It should be ready and we should be able to also get the orders true the drive-true i would like a call back from corporate office this location is never on point what is going on?

We submitted an order to use our points for a large frappe and the system messed up and took our points so when we went to the counter to ask the lady she said sorry the app is glitching. We can’t help you and they were being extremely rude, and the blonde lady didn’t even acknowledge us, which I assume is the manager because she went to go ask her. Horrible service never coming back.

I understand the idea behind using a self-service kiosk however when the kiosk tels someone to pay at the counter and that someone is waiting there patiently for around 20 min, you start to wonder if Taking tjw customer service element out was the best idea. I barely like McDonald's as it is but the service has never been this bad
