Out of all the McDonald’s I go to this one is the worse. I left out newborn doctor appointment at 1020 and did a noble pick up order for breakfast and the app let me order and took payment. Now the line here always take forever and this time is the same. I get there at 1030 don’t get to the window till 1045 and they say breakfast is over. I tell them I have a mobile order that was approved and they said sorry it’s over. I ask for a manager no one there so it’s just a bunch of highscool kids working. Now I ask for a refund and they say yes do it thru the app. I go to the app and now the order gone so how do I get my refund??? No food they take my money and horrible service. Do not go to this store go over to Oxnard blvd or I’ll wait till I’m in Ventura to eat here from now on. Also side note they out of Grinch meals 2 days after they came out so if you want that go somewhere else

Most of the time there speaker in the drive true doesn’t work and to get the food takes for ever like they really take there time or no personal to cover the store worse McDonald’s ever!! And always messing up the orders. I would rate this 0 stars

What horrible McDonald's everything was undercooked . Trash cans were overflowed . Even had fruit flies . But McDonald has no fruit just bagged rotten apple slices. Oh I joke myself funny funny

I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and they charged me for 2 sausage McMuffins with eggs that ended up being cold anyways. If I wanted eggs I would have said so. Your guy’s eggs are gross. Also they are charging for jelly packets now, which is crazy. I barely even go to McDonald’s you guys just keep giving me reasons to not go back. I’ll just stick to other restaurants

Took over 20 minutes for 1 Mc Chicken... and I still had to walk inside for it after I ordered it on the mobile app... I gotta say, that's the smallest McDonald's I've ever seen... similar to a very tight In & Out lol. Definitely won't be going back there again.
They were not very busy, but refused to help people at the register. They told both me and the person who came in after me to use the kiosk.

Bad location. It is nestled among several small buildings that house a tire store, a gas station and others. You have to navigate a strip of narrow, crowded parking areas to reach the drive-through. It's confusing, easily missed. The drive-through is narrow and there are high walls on both sides. It is super noisy when there are are other vehicles, especially trucks, in the space. It's hard to hear the order taker over the noise. I had to ask her to repeat several times. The food is typically McDonalds. It seemed fresh and was the right temperature. Staff seemed attentive and polite. The only drawback here is the location. For a quick breakfast it was exactly what I expected.

Waited to order, the girl was saying to use the kiosks. We said one kiosk was frozen and the other said it was closed. She said no both were working. Got pissed off when she had to go fix them. Horrible location.
