The service was terrible, they brought our food out one item at a time, didn't give us any of the sauces we paid for until we asked. They tried to say they gave us all the sauces when they didn't. Just stopped by to buy two Fillet O' Fish. They were tiny, no sauce, nothing but the bun and a little patty of fish. The price for this awesome little meal? $10 EACH! $20 for two tiny, dry as a bone fish patties! Total ripoff!

Stopped at McDonald’s for breakfast tried to order. The girl told me to go to the kiosk. The next people come in she took their order. They want to make more than $20 an hour and not have to do anything. How can they take the people right behind me take their order, but tell me that I have to use the kiosk. I will be emailing McDonald’s corporate because every time I’ve been to this particular place they’ve been a problem the last time I was here they tried to keep my change which was $.88 then told me they didn’t have change these people at this place are crooks.

Save your money and buy your coffee at the coffee Bean and Tea Leaf across the street. I just wasted $8.45 on a large cup of coffee with six creamers and five pumps of sugar-free vanilla. The coffee is horrible and not even sweet or creamy. The new owners now charge for lettuce and every pump of sweetener. So disappointing.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The line for drive through was around the corner and I sat for 10 minutes waiting in line, not moving. Finally gave up and went inside since I don't have time to sit for half an hour waiting for what should be 5 minute burger amd fries. Once inside, you cannot order at the main window. Seriously. Both registers are closed and there's a giant piece of cardboard blocking the menu and ordering area. You can only use a kiosk. This was so incredibly frustrating for the elderly patrons who came iin and were forced to use it. It was painful watching them struggle. There was one person who helped when she had time, but the place was severely understaffed and the experience I had here was absolutely awful. I will never come back here again.

I’m never coming back to this location. I went to McDonald’s yesterday, during the day around 2 pm and the girl who was giving me my food is always rushing me to get my stuff. I accidentally dropped the bag of food on the floor… the girl didn’t even apologized & kept ignoring me. Nonetheless to say, she had forgotten my coke. NOPE! Never coming back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
