Food is good but I don't know what's wrong with the service sometimes people got there when I pull out to drive through sounds like it I don't know I hope they pay enough but if don't forget notions they don't forget something so that means I have to ask for napkins or for ketchup or hot sauce whatever

I’m never coming back to this location. I went to McDonald’s yesterday, during the day around 2 pm and the girl who was giving me my food is always rushing me to get my stuff. I accidentally dropped the bag of food on the floor… the girl didn’t even apologized & kept ignoring me. Nonetheless to say, she had forgotten my coke. NOPE! Never coming back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This place is the worst McDonalds I've been to. The wait to order is so long if you go inside and place the order. The wait for the food can be just as long as well. I ordered one burger and it took them almost 10 minutes to hand me the food. The tables are disgusting and filthy. The place is small and cramped. Also there are some rude employees.

Bait And Switch! McDonald's has swapped the 'McDouble' with the 'Double Cheeseburger' on their value menu, so what should have been $5 was magically $7.00! Ripoff! (This meal would have been 7.00 total 10 year ago, bill was almost $20.00)

I went to Mc Donald’s just now and I had the worst experience ever. I purchased an order on the app and when they called my number I told my son to get our order and he was walking to the order to get it when the worker asked him what was his number was and she said 1649 and I said yes and she threw the bag at him if he didn’t get it in time it would’ve fell. This was so unacceptable and unnecessary to do this to a kid that didn’t do anything to her.
My son then told me he wanted fries so at the location so I placed my own order at the kiosk and since I had to pay with cash I had to wait for someone to charge me. About 10 minutes later the same girl that threw the food at my son charged me and threw my change on the side. I grabbed my change and told her she didn’t have to throw my change and told her that was very rude of her. Then she called my number for the French fries and I asked fot ketchup and I told her I wanted more and she literally threw the ketchup at me with some landing on the floor. I don’t understand how someone like this can be on the main face of customer service I understand people have bad days but there is NO reason why someone should be throwing food at a PAYING CUSTOMER, I’m sorry but this is how you get paid. She should be fired I don’t understand how someone like this has a job.
There was another paying customer like myself behind me that saw the whole situation, she also stated that I should report her and I am going to take this to cooperate this is unacceptable.

i will never go back there again, terrible service from a short hispanic girl with long hair. didn't get her name. self check out kiosk was not working i asked her for help all i wanted was a cup of coffee. she told me it was working and that i had to wait and keep trying then she told me that she was really busy with drive thru customers. but im a customer too. after 15 minutes of just waiting i walked out. terrible service she was very rude. another customer walked in and he was told the same thing. if they don't want to work then stay home. i will never take my family there again. ps. i check the drive thru only had 2 cars waiting and there were about 4-5 employees there. no one would help. never going back.
