Ordered steak and egg bagel combo and sausage egg muffin combo, in drive thru, headed out on road, got my sausage egg muffin combo but the steak egg bagel turned into a bacon egg bagel. Went looking for receipt that I was asked if I wanted to which I had said yes, and it wasn’t there either so have no proof of my order, just proof that I had ordered. Maybe pay attention to orders in the future. BTW sister said there is way too much mayo on the bacon bagel.

Worst Mcdonalds on the planet! Slowest drive through ever just waited 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru to order a Diet Coke. They are out of Diet Coke and now I am stuck in the Drive-Thru for another 15 minutes and still didn't get what I wanted. I just spent 25 minutes of my life and didn't even get anything

5am worker was extremely rude and condescending because I asked her for a cup of water at the window and not the speaker. At the end of the day its my time and your time is spent clocked in, 2 seconds dont matter to me and shouldn't matter to you.

This is probably one of the worst McDonald's locations you can visit. Every single time we go, there's always a mistake in our order, whether we order through the drive-thru, in person, or through the mobile app. I understand that McDonald's food is generally not the best, but this location consistently serves the worst quality. This location is mediocre. I clearly provided the employee with the code so that I would redeem my free McChicken for my birthday. After repeating it for three times it seemed that she got the code and when I went to the window to make sure everything was fine I was charged for the McChicken. When I got to the window, there was no apology. Avoid this location if you can.

Ordered breakfast through the mobile app. Got back around 1045am and noticed a few items were missing. Called the restaurant and was told our only options were to come back before 11am (it’s already 1050am at this point) or come back another day (we do not live in the area). Terrible service and poor attempt to rectify the situation.
