We order a typical lunch, asked for medium coffee with 1 cream, no ketchup on burgers and a couple extra napkins, this was trough thedrive thru.. We got coffee loaded with cream, no napkins and enough ketchup to cover 6 hamburgers. So inside we went, got it corrected. They probably thought since we were in the drive through who cares, they look down the road. Come on people your job isn't rocket science take a little pride in what you do.

Super dirty, soda machines “broken” so you cannot refill your drink. Machines can’t print your receipt, they ran out of napkins. I guess paying higher wages causes laziness.

Food has clearly been sitting and waiting to be served for a while, but that's typical for 2am fast food joints (not practical for them to cook fresh every order). Also took an unusual amount of time fulfilling the order of the one car ahead of me, and the drive through window attendant didn't speak a word to me (felt odd, but not a big deal since I mobile ordered).

Don't do your espresso machine cleaning during breakfast rush between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. is your overnight crew actually cleaning it or are they making you guys wait until the morning or something? I have gone to this McDonald's a couple times in the morning between like 5:30 in the morning and 7:00 and just press a machine is blocked off. Why?

I wouldn't normally review McDonald's and this one was nothing special except for an employee, Khoa was so helpful and nice. He seemed actually happy to help us and brought our food, salt, etc to the table so cheerfully. He made an otherwise uneventful fast food visit enjoyable.
