Went for breakfast at 10:20 and waiting in line by the time j went to place my order it was 10:30 and they refused to make my breakfast order even if I was waiting. The girl was rude about it . I used to work at McDonalds so I know how easy it is to just make the food. This location is always a fail everytime my family comes here. Long wait times for no reason and half the time the staff is on their phone.

The dinning area smelled like sewage. Food was lukewarm at best, thrown together amd tossed in a bag.
Looks like there was only two people working, this location needs to hire more.
Personally I won’t be here again, will update if I get food poisoning.

I cannot believe how rude your employee was. It was 9:15pm, my wife wanted to use the kiosk to order a sundae and I needed to use the bathroom. The door to the restaurant was unlocked. When I asked the young woman at the register for the code she yelled " we're closed what are you doing in here!?!? You can't use the kiosk!". I asked her why the door was unlocked? She then replied" it was locked!" We walked outside shocked and appalled at what just happened. Why would this woman make such an absurd argument and yell at us? Was she on drugs? Obviously the door was unlocked, how could've we entered the building otherwise??? If she would have just been polite about it and at least let me use the bathroom there would not have been a problem. Furthermore, she clearly forgot the door was unlocked. Shouldn't she have checked? It wasn't our fault that she failed to do her job. Customer service was extremely poor. We were very disappointed. She was rude enough that I remembered to rate this awful place, that should say it all!

I ordered a quarter pounder and the meat patties were horribly nasty!!! Both patties were super raw red!!! I wish I could post the pictures on here. The orders seem to take way longer and customer service, here and there is good but for the most part it sucks!! They don't even greet you. And for all the stores in general. What the heck is up charging for ranch dressing and other condiments now!!!??? I guess no more of these places. Food is not healthy anyways.

Gave us the wrong drinks. It was odd, we really went for lunch. And it was 3 min before 11:00 a.m. the gentleman told us they didn't have lunch up yet. Anyway, couldn't get out of the drive thru. Just ordered breakfast meal and gave it to a homeless man and his dog standing outside. Thanks McDonald's ?
