So good we forgot to take pics! Both of our dishes were amazing and have. To say the fresh flour and corn tortillas were bomb. The beans are amazing and we don't get wowed up to easy anymore these days. Prices and portions are fair we will be back soon!!! Staff is great and friendly and no issues at all , place is clean and has old school vibes and love the picture light boxes! Worth it to stop in and we didn't even plan to go here just caught our eye from the stop light. Both wifey and I felt so satisfied and happy after we left! I have Lived in the area since 1987-88 and this place is legit.... ~The Real Dealio~ Muy Authentica~ Mexican/American diner type restaurant action!! Next time pics for sure! I had Huevos Albanil (the stonemason) w/ flour tortillas Wifey had Huevos Cancun w/corn tortillas . Both were amazing! All we kept saying even after we left.

The food is perfect , so far we have ordered 18 diffrent items as of today ALL Great and NO im not easY to please. Mi Pueblo Cafe is the first perfect score restaurant I've eaten at and I have given many many reviews this place is outstanding from the time you enter your greeted with a smile till when you leave your greeted with a smile the food is outstanding we ordered various items and they were all delicious perfect to be truthful the service is second to none I recommend this place to anybody that wants to bring your family or just come and have a drink socially the interior has top decor very good atmosphere

We just had an amazing experience at Mi Pueblo Cafe for a birthday brunch this weekend. Our waitress Elena was attentive, friendly and very professional! The food was incredible! Their menudo and their green chile chilaquiles were delicious! They easily accommodated our group of 8, and the restaurant was very nice. I definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try. They have bottomless mimosas!

This is a very family friendly breakfast restaurant. It was my first time here because we were looking for a place who had chilaquiles. They have lots of parking space available and inside so many tables. We came in around 1pm and it was busy but still we were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and seated right away. They only have tables so not booths are available but they offer so many options from french toast to classic mexican plates. We started off with the asada nachos and they were very delicious. My red chilaquiles were also very delicious. I just would have liked more sour cream on them but they were still good. Everyone was very attentive and very friendly as well. They also offer lots of drinks so family or friends this is the perfect place to enjoy it all together! This a great spot in Oxnard!

They sat us down and never came back to take our order. They sat other people down 10 minutes after us and took their order first. We just walked out. I will never come back. This is the worst dining experience ever.

My husband ate breakfast here for the first and last time this a.m. - he got a $17 "Big Breakfast" and brought me home a $17 veggie omelette. He had an $8 orange juice, no substitutions, the meal & juice totaling $42. Tipped 20% $8.40, with a 9.25% tax of $3.89... Of course my husband just hands them the card and they run what should have been $54.28. I see a charge on my card right now for $60.68 from this place. And no one answers the phone at Mi Pueblito during business hours. I called twice while they were still open today. I don't know who that extra $6.40 went to, but my suggestion to patrons is check your bill and your receipt before you leave. My suggestion to Mi Pueblito is to answer the phone during business hours so you don't end up with reviews of your fuzzy math instead of your food.

First time customer. Called for takeout. Julio was super friendly and happy to accommodate me. Chilaquiles were absolutely delicious. Pork was so tender and large portions! I will be back.

Great food and service. What i liked about this place is that they have cafe de olla! It wasnt too sweet which is how I like my coffee. The ambiance is very laidback and comfy. I ordered the turkey club sandwich and my mom ordered the crepe combo, both were really good. They also have this amazing habanero salsa they give. Overall its a great breakfast spot in Oxnard and I will be bringing the rest of my family in the future.

We tried this restaurant during a one night stay in Oxnard and we absolutely loved it! The pancakes combo was delicious and had fresh tomatoes and fruit. The chilaquiles was also delicious and spicy. We needed some water for that one! The service was great and we really enjoyed supporting a local restaurant.
