I placed an online order and paid when I picked up then a few days later I noticed they tipped themselves $5. I never tip for pick up orders and have my online receipt with the original price and my bank account has another. Always check ur bank statement after eating here.

Sunday August 3rd Me and my bf came to eat at 11:45 they told me they were closed until 12. Even tho there hour said 11:30. Around 11:50 a couple came in and sat down and told me and my bf at noon they are open!!! Pretty disappointed on the staff working today we got little upset cause normally eat here! We decided not eat there won’t be for a little cause how are gonna say your closed when your open at 11:30 and when another couple comes in they let them sit down didn’t say they were closed!!!! Pretty disappointed.

This was, without a doubt, the worst sushi I’ve ever had. The rice was completely overcooked and clumped together, lacking any proper texture or seasoning. The sashimi on top was equally disappointing. I genuinely don’t understand how this place has received such high ratings. It was a thoroughly underwhelming experience.
The ladies are so attentive, on top of anything you might need and so friendly!

Their hours say they close at 9. tried ordering online at 8, and they wouldn't except the order. tried to call in a order they wouldn't answer so my husband went in and tried to order and they said they weren't excepting orders, why say you are open til 9 if you stop taking orders at 8.

Roger, Raphael, Kristin and Audi were amazing. The sushi was delicious and service was great! I recommend the Oxnard Roll. Eel and soft shell crab in the same roll! And with Oxnard as the name. Represent! This place is great! all sushi lovers give it a try!
