Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Missing all the important little details in italian food... the salad, the main and even the drink... the waitress is very nice, but again don't know nothing about the little important details...

Olive Garden is always a nice place to eat at but it’s even nicer during the holidays. The garlic bread never disappoints and the chicken Alfredo is always my go to! Every server experience is different but this particular waitress named Desiree did such an outstanding job and took very good care of me and my family that I thought she deserved more than just a big tip but also a great review. She was very knowledgeable of the food & drinks menu and answered every single question that my mother-in-law threw at her. She was very attentive and on top of things even when it got busy for her because she had to multi-task and juggle different tables. One of her tables was actually being pretty rude and giving her a hard time all night but she handled it with such grace and patience. I don’t know how she did it but she managed to stay positive and smiling the whole time. It definitely didn’t affect her performance with the rest of her tables including us. She for sure deserves a raise or Christmas bonus after that.

Great waitress Tatianna. Asked for extra onion w the salad. Shes the first one ever that gave me plenty extra onion .Had angel hair pasta w meat sauce and extra mushroom sauce. Great idea top shelf flavor all the way thru. Great lunch on tuesday

The server deliberately sneaked in an extra $10 item on my bill and even split it into two lines to hide it. What a dirty trick. This crap pisses me off — everyone, stay alert.

I placed my order at 5:24 PM and received a pickup time of 5:44 PM. I arrived at 5:35 PM and checked in through the text link while parked in Spot 2.

By 5:50 PM, I noticed several cars that arrived after me were already leaving with their food, so I checked in again. This time, the system showed my order as already picked up at 5:44 PM, even though I had received nothing. I called the restaurant and explained that I had been waiting in Spot 2 for about 20 minutes. I was told there had been confusion with my receipt, but that my order was ready and on the way out.

A few minutes later, at 5:59 PM, my bag was handed to me with an apology and a few extra breadsticks for the delay. I understand mistakes happen, but on the way home I realized the soups had been placed sideways inside the paper bag. One of the Toscana soups opened and leaked everywhere, soaking through the bag and making a mess.

I had ordered extra cheese and received six packets, but the overall experience was overwhelming and disappointing—especially after such a long wait and ending up with cold food and a spilled soup. It’s frustrating that something as simple as placing soups upright wasn’t handled properly.

Went to olive garden this past weekend for the first time and managers was it well worth the visit. Not a long wait for 2 eventhonit was busy and raining. Awesome service from our server Adam and was very informative and helpful. Had the never ending pasta bowl and managers didnt disappoint. Wife had some of the drinks and they were spot on. Will definitely return.

Our server was absolutely amazing! We loved our experience and will definitely be back!

The food was delicious as well. There were 4 of us and we all tried the special refillable pasta with mix and match pasta, sauce, and meat toppings. Lots of leftovers to take home! Well worth the price.

Soup wasn't warm like it was put together and waited for my husband's food to finish. Their was a bathroom smell that filled the place that just made us eat and go.

The Manager, David, goes above and beyond for his customers. We ordered delivery and the third party delivery service, Uber Eats, picked-up our order but never delivered. David was patient and understanding with me and went ahead and compensated our meal by re-making it for us. I had my husband pick it up because I'm sick. Uber Eats on the other hand was not apologetic and did not try to fix the situation. Thank you David for your kindness and to other patrons, don't use Uber Eats.

Olive garden is always a good place to eat, This location is no different. I will always recommend this chain. Fantastic food
