I took my family here for dinner. We had a large party so there were two (2) servers and it still took awhile to get our food.

Not the Olive Garden I used to know. The salad wasn't their famous crispy crunchy fresh as I remembered... Wilted and chopped small, like eating mush. Very disappointed.

Wheelchair accessibility: Nobody in my party was in a wheelchair but I did notice that there are no steps From the parking lot all the way to a table. There's plenty of room to put a wheelchair at a table simply removing one of the restaurants chairs. I don't think a person in a wheelchair would have any difficulty at all.

Recently dined at Olive Garden in Oxnard with three friends and found the experience to be just as expected. Despite not visiting for around eight years, the familiarity of the food and service was comforting. We were seated promptly in a small area with other guests nearby, but noise levels were not an issue.The food was consistent with what we ordered, and I particularly enjoyed trying the amaretto sour from their menu, which was one of the better ones I’ve had in a while. Our server, Nick, was a highlight of the evening. He was attentive, polite, and prompt in fulfilling our requests, even going the extra mile to bring us additional breadsticks to take home. Thank you, Nick!While I may return in the future, I wouldn’t say it’s a dining experience I would eagerly anticipate. Overall, Olive Garden in Oxnard provided a satisfactory meal with good service, earning an overall 4 star rating.

The restaurant smells funny. (Dirty damp smell) there are no paper towels in the dispenser. Just a huge roll of paper towels on the counter.

I go to this location at least 2 times per month. During this to go order everything was just wrong.At the time of placing order, website said 20 minutes but after payment was made time went up to 1 hour.I received order ready text, park on spot 4 and checked in, another 15 to 20 minutes passed by before my order was delivered and someone came and asked me for my name a few times.Food was tasteless, cold and nasty (never had this happened before)The girl who handed me the bag trough my car window reinforced everything was in the bag so I drove away.Condiments were missing and my 2 Toscana soups were missing as well. When I found out I was already home 20 minutes away from OG, tried calling the restaurant but not one came to the phone. Worst overall experience in all ways.
