Cool looking spot but I didn't think the snapper sandwich or chowder was any good. Three spoons of the clam chowder and I was done. This "chowder" isn't a smooth creamy chowder, it's more of a starchy, thick soup. The fried snapper sandwich was basically a thin snapper filet with lettuce and mayo on sliced bread.. nothing special, very little flavor. I'd stay away from the sandwich and maybe try a fish plate.

Dropped in on my thru, I was hoping for the clam chowder but it’s Thurs thru Sunday, so had the red snapper sandwich, was really good. Got chatting with Karen the owner, what an awesome lady she was to chat too. Gave me a tshirt as I am from Australia! Great family business and great food! 5 stars

Awesome place to grab a Japanese influenced seafood spot! Their seafood is fresh, and their sides were great! We got the steve special and the shrimp & scallop plate. Both were very different from one another while being delicious. Everything went well with the rice and salad provided.I do recommend getting the New England clam chowder version, though! The Otani version is tomato (?) based, and it felt like it lacked clams.Overall, the food was delicious, fresh, and affordable. We saw a whole team of fire fighters come in to have lunch there, and the workers/owners were supportive and friendly towards the firefighters (which is a very positive thing in our eyes).
