The bread tasted old and i had asked the lady respectfully if the bread was made today, the lady started to raise her voice at me and told me that i could just put everything back if i don't want it. All i wanted to know was if the bread was made fresh or not.

Currently placed an order for bolillos. Must say their bolillos are the best!!! they are truly soft and great togo for your tortas! Rated 3 stars because although it's a small owned business the amount of traffic in the bakery is too congestested. Had to wait outside. Customer service probably the worse I have ever received but I will suck it up for the bread I guess. LOL! Also, there is parking but it is a busy area so, good luck you will have to either park on the street or acrossthe street

I used to love going to this place. I had been going to this panaderia for over 5 years because the bread is delicious. However the customer service at this place has gone down. There is some lady covered in tattoos who is on the front counter and she is super rude over the phone and in person. She is grouchy all the time. Ever since I started seeing this employee i tried to avoid coming to this location but the bread is yummy i couldn't help it. However I will no longer visit this location because she threw me my money the last time I went and was also constantly throwing shade at some lady who was there prior to me.
This is not a review but more of an observation. To Ajay G, please don't criticize a business if you don't understand the culture. These are traditionally pastries and breads. They are what they are. If y I ur going to critic a restaurant or food spot, do so with at least an understanding of its people and culture. Just saying
