Not good services at all I place a special order for día de los muertos and it was incomplete and for my understanding when u place and order and pay it has to be there no matter what and complete with no excuses at all. I don’t recommend these place at all cause they don’t respect their customers and orders.

I had a really bad experience with this panadería. I placed a custom order for a funeral, and the customer service was terrible from the start. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to confirm the details.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I had to wait over 30 minutes, and then they tried to give me the wrong quantity. To make things worse, the items were made in a variety of colors even though I had clearly requested all white because it was for a funeral. That was very disrespectful and showed a complete lack of attention and care.
I expected compassion and professionalism for such an important occasion, but instead, I left frustrated and disappointed.
